- This session I gave my new improv workflow a spin. It's definitely going in the right direction, still need t do some work in a few sound design thingies though. I really love dark industrial techno, but I don't always find it easy to make. With this setup I thing it's getting better...
This time I' making a nice saturated drone with the @eowavemodular Swarm, going through the @NoiseEngineering Electus Versio.
The Analog 4 is controlling the @behringer Brains, using the fm algorithm. Both the Swarm and the Brains are going through the Electus.
I'm using the @WeAreElektron Digitakt with P-locked werp triggers. At the same time the lfo is triggering different sample slots... Cool right? With some different lfo depth, note lengths and fiddling with the werp parameters, new unexpected rhythms emerge...
In my cave I record jams with friends or solo. It is a constant journey of fining new sounds, finding my own sound and of course having a lot of fun! Around 14:00 that dark arp changes to a new pattern which is super hypnotic. Especially when you take out some elements a couple of bars later.
I wish that lasted (a lot) longer :)
Hey, thank you P! That's a euclidian rhythm on a rimshot/woodblock... I'm experimenting more and more with that, now I own an Oxo One! So more of that will come to the virtual stage 😎

Thx! Ik probeer het inderdaad wel netjes te houden. Alle kabels zijn weggewerkt, verlichting op orde. Fijn om in een inspirerende ruimte te zijn.
