Sorry for being blunt, but this game is so incredibly boring, it's literally just walking/driving and shooting all the time. Why is it praised so much? I've played 7DTD heavily modded for almost 3k hours, it never gets boring because you got so much different stuff to do all the time, it's never just running around and shooting stuff... Seems like the average 90 second attention span kid would enjoy this game.
@@dzudemlow yeah I’ve watched enough gameplay of this game and it’s it looks very nice but it’s just another fetch quest game - add in shooting zombies and yeah .. Also, at the time when I was playing it, there were no alternatives that I had, so gta releases, no mafia, nothing, so I decided to stick and finish this game. I think what I liked in the game was the feeling of having an open world, where you plan first and then act, had this game not had the concept of fuel, it would be another no-brainer game where you dont plan your moves (perhaps, cant say for sure). Finished work earlier, just finished my run, been sitting in my desk chair straight up zoning out scrolling through the 'Tube putting off homework and THIS shows up! Fooster!! You beauty! I have been absolutely LOVING this series. I discovered your channel through Pacific Drive and from there I've dug into the rest of your content, with this series being towards the top of my list. Love the eerie first-person horror style games you do! But this game is truly in a league of its own. We gotta bug the devs for a sequel!! Even though I don't even know how the game ends, I know it needs to be continued, just so you can stream it haha. Thanks for being passionate for what you do and always keeping us fans in mind. You're the man!
Unfortunately, Sony axed the sequel that bend had planned. Days gone is a great game today but it had a bad launch and underperformed in their opinion. It’s sad and I wish they would at least let us know what the story for the second game would’ve been. The “true” ending gives us a hint, but I want more lol
The character development and story line was one of the best i have ever seen. The music, sense of danger and the views, all incredible. Had the developers simply marketed the game stronger this game would have blown up. The biggest flaw is it didn't have co-op play. that would have been what gave this thing long term appeal. If you haven't played, and you enjoy a story driven shooter, this is a must play.
This and Red Dead Redemption 2. In my mind, this is the zombie version of it. When I’m done with one, I start the other. Rinse, repeat lol. It’s heartbreaking that we’ll never see a follow up.
Fooster when you go to the US to visit locations from the game and when you ride a motorcycle wearing black hat - we need vlogs titled „days found” 🤣 thank you ! 🎉
I have now decided to not finish playing the game myself because there is no way I can go up against all those hordes so thank you Fooster for doing it for me again!!! Keep playing great games like these, I get so excited when I see a new episode of this game come out from you. Totally looking forward to more!
This game came out five years ago and we've still not seen an open world multiplayer zombie apocalypse game come out with this level of detail. I'd absolutely love that, and I know you would too Fooster! The technology is clearly there in terms of graphics; it could be a server issue with 50-60 players on a large map combined with a ton of roaming zombies. I'm not sure. Come on game devs, please make one soon!
How Deacon feels about Sarah’s “thank you’s” is how I’m starting to feel about your “Sorry’s” for the long videos. Phenomenal story so far, I can’t get enough of your episodes and sit there waiting to see when you drop the next one! Keep it up and can’t wait for the next one! 🤘🏼
Outve all the video game play throughs I’ve watched, and I’ve watched a bunch, this has been by far my favorite. Not only this game, but seeing how much you enjoy it and your commentary. Been amazing man, I’ve truly been enjoying this
I didn't know much at all about this game when it gifted to me. Once I played it, I found it to be incredible. Amazing graphics, great story and the combat is always evolving with the weapon creation. Love this game.

I love this so much. Discovered you about 2-3 months ago and watched almost all your content by now. Since you started playing Days Gone so have I. I am making sure I am staying behind you in the storyline :)
When going into an enemy camp, I love running near some freakers to get a small swarm following me, then dashing through the camp. You can watch the freakers take out most of the enemies for you.
Awesome! I just happened along and saw this channel for the first time. I swear to God this game is like a movie, even better in many ways. Great commentary, you have an awesome sick sense of humor 😅
I just finished the last video this morning, now it’s evening, I'm in bed and I get to watch another one! I was just brushing my teeth, thinking about what to watch and thought "man, I'm so sad I've finished the latest Days Gone video already" *and here it is*
Saw that comin a MILE away when in the flashback she said "They promised not to use my research for weapon purposes, it's in the contract." The gov't: "We pinky pwomise 🥺 👉 👈"
@@fnhatic6694 I wouldn't really call Skizzo, most the militia, or the guards at cloverdale insane tbh. Skizzo just an opportunistic power hungry a-hole. The cloverdale guards just selfish and brutal. And a large chunk of the militia dipped when the colonel started losing it. I honestly think more people left with kouri than we see because there were supposed to be about 1000 militia, but only like around 100 were still at the camp. Other than that tough, yeah kinda. But I still enjoyed it 🤷🏻♂
Absolutely loved everything about this game including the excellent writing and acting. These people have legit, real discussions, authentic reactions to loss and trauma. Played it twice and will likely play a third time.
My dude. Basically my absolute fav stream to just veg out. Love the way it just feels like I’m chilling with you on the couch. Thanks for your general enthusiasm and good will.
Hey Fooster, I'd like to thank you for posting these videos, you're an amazing UA-camr and I absolutely love the days gone series. Your videos have helped me pass the time, because 3 days ago, I fractured my right leg, but your videos are keeping me in high spirits. These videos help me get my mind off the situation I'm in, and the fact that you post consistently is amazing. Much love Fooster.❤️
I have no idea if anyone has mentioned this yet, or if there's even time before you record the next one, but there is a secret ending to the game. After the last mission, just continue playing for a bit. Run around, do side missions, clear hordes, collect landmarks, etc. You'll know when enough time has passed.
What I wouldn't do for a Days Gone 2! Absolutely loved this game. I've plated it several times. Running into my first horde scared the absolute sh*t outta me too!! For some reason I thought the hordes were just for the trailer and not in the gameplay 🤣🤣
Fooster, this game is insane. When you think you've figured it out, the game throws a wrench in your idea and heads off in another direction. I LOVE the intensity you have for this game. The "Come On, Come On" moments put me on the edge of my seat. There is no need to apologize for the duration of the video; you had me on pins and needles as soon as it started and kept me there until the end. BRAVO. My logical side kicks in. Deek should have had Lost Lake relocate to Cloverdale. There is everything any Commune could ever want, and more. Sara would have an entire Science lab at her disposal.
Fav game of 2023 for me. Met the devs at a conference by total coincidence, shared a beer. Just epic turn of events as I binged this game so quick. Love it!
Watching these vids is making me want to go back and play this game again. It is just amazing! One of my top 5 games of all time. So sad there won't be any more games in this IP. Very happy to see you enjoying it and sharing with folks who didn't know it existed.
Phenomenal game. I'm glad it's getting the attention it deserves now. Better later than never. I had a blast with this game myself about this time last year. Played it all summer on/off. Ton of fun. Worth every penny. Hope to see a sequel soon. It deserves one.
"sorry for the longer video" - Hush you! We'll have none of that! The longer they are, the happier I am - I'm loving your adventures in Days Gone. I'll be so sad when it's over, and we're back to not having 3+ hour videos of Fooster getting all tingly over this epic game.
Been through this game like three times now. Incredible gameplay and the story makes me shiver. Planning how to make a horde still super fun. I love it!
I worked at Crater Lake National Park for two summers in my youth… That a a recognizable, but very “gamified” version of the lake. The real one is much larger, and a true wonder to see.
Dude, thank you for this. I don't have a pc (that can play games) nor a console, so this way I get to enjoy this game through you! Means a lot. Looking forward to the finale but really hope you pick another long story driven game like this. Anything. Literally, anything ;)

Hopefully it’s not too much of a distraction 😂 but thank you all the same and welcome to the channel!
@@thefoosterchannel ahh no worries I'm top when it comes to cramming 😅 Thanks again!
Unfortunately, Sony axed the sequel that bend had planned. Days gone is a great game today but it had a bad launch and underperformed in their opinion. It’s sad and I wish they would at least let us know what the story for the second game would’ve been. The “true” ending gives us a hint, but I want more lol
They're actually working on a video game that's multiplayer open-world based off of days gone @@FisterNightly
the sequel should be a pixel game with sahra and deec
The character development and story line was one of the best i have ever seen. The music, sense of danger and the views, all incredible. Had the developers simply marketed the game stronger this game would have blown up. The biggest flaw is it didn't have co-op play. that would have been what gave this thing long term appeal. If you haven't played, and you enjoy a story driven shooter, this is a must play.
Literally my favorite game of all time. I have played this through, at least, 12 times. I hate that they did not continue with more in a series.
This and Red Dead Redemption 2. In my mind, this is the zombie version of it. When I’m done with one, I start the other. Rinse, repeat lol. It’s heartbreaking that we’ll never see a follow up.
Fooster doubling back for a bottle in a time of crisis has me howling 😂
😂 I couldn’t help it and I heard she still had some ammo so it’s ok
Stop howling and grow up bud
@@NahBNah ....How about lightening up Mr. Serious ?!

I cant believe this game is underrated. The story and and character was written so well good. Its an amazing experience when you olay this game.
I've been checking your channel for days, waiting for your next days gone episode 😭, finally😅😊
Everyday😂
Same

Literally commented like 4 times on the last one begging for it 🤣
Same dude. I had a feeling it was today though because i know it's been about every 3 to 4 days so far.
So excited to see another upload 😁
How Deacon feels about Sarah’s “thank you’s” is how I’m starting to feel about your “Sorry’s” for the long videos. Phenomenal story so far, I can’t get enough of your episodes and sit there waiting to see when you drop the next one! Keep it up and can’t wait for the next one! 🤘🏼
Outve all the video game play throughs I’ve watched, and I’ve watched a bunch, this has been by far my favorite. Not only this game, but seeing how much you enjoy it and your commentary. Been amazing man, I’ve truly been enjoying this
This game is so deserving a sequel.
I didn't know much at all about this game when it gifted to me. Once I played it, I found it to be incredible. Amazing graphics, great story and the combat is always evolving with the weapon creation. Love this game.
Probably one of the best series so far. The only bad thing about these episodes is that we have to wait 3-4 days for a new one :(
im gonna be so sad when this series is over.....everytime i tune in to the next installation i cant get enough...i get left on cliff hangers making me literally on edge until the next one comes out! such a good story...awesome characters and i love the missions...theyre all different so the game doesnt become repetitive! i love all your content but these story driven games are my fave! cant wait till the next one!
This series has been phenomenal so far. And a near four hour video?! F**k Yeh!!! Also, What an amazing story. So well written. ❤❤❤
this is one of my all time favorite games ... I have played through it at least 4 times. First found it in 2020. Love this watching this walk through...

Since you started playing Days Gone so have I. I am making sure I am staying behind you in the storyline :)
Love that! Hopefully you are having a blast with it too!
For me, Days gone is one of the best games ever made. I played it for so many hours. I love it ❤️ 😊
I just finished the last video this morning, now it’s evening, I'm in bed and I get to watch another one! I was just brushing my teeth, thinking about what to watch and thought "man, I'm so sad I've finished the latest Days Gone video already" *and here it is*
I’m trying to get them up faster but my Internet has been so bad lately. More on the way though 😊
Saw that comin a MILE away when in the flashback she said "They promised not to use my research for weapon purposes, it's in the contract."
The gov't: "We pinky pwomise 🥺 👉 👈"

You never have to apologize Fooster for making a “longer” video! We cannot ever get enough of you and this series! Best wishes friend!

Glad they are helping Swift and I wish you a speedy recovery! Thank you for watching
Thank you very much, I can't believe you responded to my comment!
Hey Fooster I absolutely love watching your videos, thanks for pumping them out for us! 💪💪
I have no idea if anyone has mentioned this yet, or if there's even time before you record the next one, but there is a secret ending to the game. After the last mission, just continue playing for a bit. Run around, do side missions, clear hordes, collect landmarks, etc. You'll know when enough time has passed.
Played through this game 4x and still wouldn't mind playing through it again. So fun.
Love it!

The later in the day, the gun fights will draw the attention of freakers. Or if a militia camp is close to where a horde migrates. Theyll take care of the camp for you. Throw an attractor near them and just watch the show. Love how the zombies, animals and militias all violently interact with each other, the same as they do with deac.
