    Love your channel Chetna - especially "Cooking with Mum"! I've often thought that your potatoes looked a bit off. In this video, where you retrieved some spuds from the cupboard, I noticed that you have them right next to your onions. I was always told that was a no-no as they each have a negative effect on the other. Just a comment. Keep posting!

    Some sourness is essential to go with spinach as it contains phytates ,for the assimilation to take place,so a sprinkle of lime juice ,tomato sauce or curd as an accompaniment or else the body will not benefit

      It's sold as "atta" flour where Indian and Pakistani groceries are sold. A finely milled whole wheat flour is a good substitute.

    But this looks almost too simple... just chapati flour spinach and water..... Delicious..... I will make these tomorrow. I make my own spiced baked beans, so will have these paratha with beans and maybe a fried egg on top.... thanks for this recipe.

    I always, clean, boil (or steam) with skin on and never have an issue. Afterwards, I grate on the cheapest grater to get uniform and large/small sizes. Although I've never peeled the skin, is it tremendously different than not-peeling? I'd rather not waste, and I don't see an obvious flavour difference. If anyone can confirm or no, I'd appreciate it!

      Like I mentioned in the video, they dont need anything with them really, great on their own, with some yogurt or pickle or a curry if you fancy
