Boil the water. Carefully make an incision on the tomatoe, this allows the skin to come right off! Boil the tomato 1 minute or two. You will see the skin start to peel while in the water because of the incision. Remove the tomatoes, run it in cold water. And walla! The skin comes right off!

I can't agree more, I was watching him so much ,during Covid I got the brain storm to start cooking on youtube,all by myself,drinking red wine while i cooked,the video is still up on my channel for 1 to keep me humble I laugh everytime and 2,because he taught me my very first favorite recipe I did'nt know how to cook,but I trusted him,it felt like my dad was teaching me. Anyway,I cook it better now its always delicious and its a great dish when you want to impress your non cooking friends. He's amazing and you can hear his kind heart throughout his entire recipe.the best. I keep Large shrimps in my freezer on the ready always.happy cooking and god bless.
