I thought I knew how the driving part of this video was gonna go after watching other reviews. But to pleasant surprise. It looks like it drives decent. I think your experience with an scx24 makes you drive it well. Can't wait to see what you upgrade next. I already ordered some brass parts. Hope they start releasing more upgraded links options.
Haha, thanks! This comment makes me smile! I joke sometimes that I've given my life to the SCX24, haha. Yes, it drives much better than I thought it would. The extra weight gives it good grip. And yeah my modifications will be more in the reasonable side to see if I can get more performance whilst still making it look stock
I'm going to get that once they make their way over here (maybe six months from now😅😭😂) Just going to paint the red accessories because they look cheap af , change the servo and i think that's about it because I'm going to keep it as a trailer truck , it looks too good to be killing it on the rocks
Honestly doesnt look like it needs too much to do decent, besides the servo/motor upgrade. I'd throw some rc4wd tires and a flat skid. And some brass on the front axle and should be a good scale looking performer
Yeah it drove pretty great. It's certainly weakest on side hill performance. My plan with this truck is to upgrade it with only a few select mods to keep it looking stock. I actually purchased all the parts when this truck got announced in the beginning of October

Injora Big Bore shocks> Great Video.
Yep just ordered some! I actually use injore big bore on my competition rigs. I find even the softest springs might be too stiff for a stock rig
cool new look, RC with great adventure, always good videos bro👍👍😃
Thanks for watching. This model is soo cool! I haven't put a big scratch in it yet hahah
I just wish they had put a CVD in the front axle. Probably would have only cost them a few dollars. A 27 degree steering angle is rough anymore.
Yeah cvd's are much stronger too once you start modifying.

I've already put a big scratch on mine on the hood haha
Injora silicone inserts (yellow). I'm pretty sure they'll keep it looking stock lol
I was thinking of buying another set of these wheels and tires cuz they are glued, then adding lead solder inside the tires before I glue them
