You are the only guy who's making content for wartales on extreme. Many youtubers have not moved beyond expert difficulty. Yours is the only place to quench the thirst for that sweet sweet extreme difficulty content Many thanks for your guides.. looking forward to more wartales!
Thank you very much, appreciate the kind words! I'll definitely keep em coming! Any guide requests or video suggestions are always welcome if you want me to cover certain aspects ^^
Thanks for your great job! I love your videos. Will it be OK to use 1 assassin and 1 new dlc character instead of 2 assassins? Or you tried so and decided that 2 assassins are just way better?
I'd love a guide explaining the mystery and wisdom tree, the law and order tree etc.. I had no idea how to unlock the lectern 😂... apparently they've changed things and continue doing so, covering how these updates have changed the game may help. Thank you again ❤ love this game
Just got this game yesterday. Loving it. Watching this video, I think the most impressive part is how he spec and gear them and make the best of the skills like getting VP etc… that sure did took a lot of thinking
Hey man, thanks for the kind words! Wartales is one of the few games out there with a lot of depth build wise- very interesting possibilities. Glad you enjoy it as well ^^
I'm doing Extreme difficulty right now. The things I don't like are Salt and Iron are scarce, rewards are small even though I have 20% salary cut for a 10 man crew(Got 4 freed slave to make it cheaper), and I notice that fatigue bar runs down really quick compared to other difficulties.
The fatigue bar, gold and food will be your absolute biggest enemies early game. Once you get your crew members to around lv 5 with the Ghost Armor & Weapon upgrades with some Armor Layers, the difficulty will become much more manageable with all the upgrades you unlock in Paths (movement speed on roads, fatigue stacking, less wages paid in Knowledge etc). I recommend you to do a LOT of roaming around without too much combat- pick up EVERYTHING you find and hop from one zone to the next until you've discovered them all. The knowledge advantage you'll have from exploration (+finding Books) will give you a major headstart. You can also craft a lot because of all the mining and woodcutting you do along the way
I just started a new save after putting 370hrs on an Expert run. Extreme is super hard, but I have some strategies that even trump your, I think. Notably, I usually put an Axeman in my party and set him up to hit three enemies at once with whirlwind, killing them all. I also play much more recklessly than you do.
MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE! I watched like 5 videos you made on EXTREME difficulty. All are DECENT but advice is terrible if you want to play on Expert difficulty. I know it's my fault thinking Extreme tips will be good for Expert but they were not! On Expert I would focus more on DPS classed than tanks! 2 Tanks for Expert is OVERKILL!
These guides have Extreme in the title for a reason, not Expert :P Expert is childs play compared to Extreme, so why are you comparing and saying 2 tanks are overkill? Trust me, I have plenty of damage to 2 shot Elites, DPS isn't a thing in this game either lol
@@mherrj Are you capable of rolling your R's? Because that's the correct way to pronounce his name. The dude pronounced it correctly. If you can't understand his accent, that's on you G.

Boo! I am just catching up on old times sakes lol, keep up the good content
Could you upgrade a alazar heatter shield from lv6 to lv9 because the drop rate really suck.
How to make the trading post?
... and here I was on noob difficulty running away from lvl 5 bears because they had 500 hp each and my damage was rather mediocre.
Stack Poison, they goin down Very easy.
I guess at the time you wrote this, you hadn't found the beauty of DoT damage...
Are there any achievements to beat the game on the extreme without ever changing games difficulty?
Do you know if the prisoners captured on the second wave have full skill tree?
They have the same skill tree based on the character type/name
Is there any chance of getting a extreme Playthrough from you? How much money do I have to put down? Lol
Lets talk :D
Does harder difficulty = better loot?
No, way worse.
Why is the fire not spreading?
I took your advice and downloaded Palia but sadly I didn’t really like it
I liked it at first, but it became boring fast after realizing the world is so small :/

Reekamend
Ragnar is not pronounced Araknar
It's his guy he can call him whatever he wants
And he is allowed to tell him he is pronouncing something wrong. Because he is objectively mispronouncing it.
