I've heard great things about the Dritz stay tape, but to be honest I make my own stay tape as I find it more economical and also I can cut it to any width that I need as I use a lot of it not just to stabilize seams but also for hemming as well. I use Pellon knit interfacing - 1 yard of it will last me quite a while. I use my rotary cutter and cutting board to cut lengthwise strips across the selvage. Hope that helps! :)
