Most of the themes for Jojo protagonists are musically related because the Jojos themselves are descended from the same family. I think Jonathan’s and Joseph’s are the only two that don’t sound the same, but Jotaro, Josuke, Giorno, and Jolyne have very similar themes, that’s why it feels like you’ve heard this melody before. :)
If I remember correctly Jolyne's theme has a lot of the aspects of Jotaro's theme. It could be that they are very similar due to her being his daughter. And they all of the themes of the main Jojo's will sound similar to an extent since they are part of the same family line, The Jostars. Jonathan Jostar, Joseph Jostar, Jotaro Kujo, Higishikata Josuke, Giorno Giovana, and Jolyne Kujo.

Hey! Just wanna throw this out there. The video description from that video states that the music was ripped directly from the Blu-ray. I was listening to it with my headphones, and I believe there is still some quality loss. So I would recommend waiting for the true official release to give this song the justice it deserves!
This is crazy, after MONTHS of seeing some dedicated fans trying to piece this theme together and clean up the audio, I think it was 7 or 8 channels. It's insane to finally have this. Fantastic video and I'm a bit excited to only have to replace this song one more time.

Jolyne's second theme "string" is amazing. It doesn't have an official release but there are low quality versions on yt. If you want to watch jojo then make sure not to see the visals of the second opening of part 6. It spoils half of part 6 and some other parts. Edit 2: You have to listen to the terraria ost. It's very good at immersing the player. For example, the ocean track gives the idea of a calm wide space, and the jungle track makes the player feel like they are in a wet environment. The terraria soundtrack is also quite varied (not as much as jojo). Empress of light's theme, boss 2 and Platera's theme are some of my favourites.
I'd love if you checked out Anasui's theme from this part of JoJo too, it sounds really good. I don't know if it has had an official release yet though.

You know, I'm very curious how you would react to Caesar's theme [il mare eterno nella mia anima]. It's 100% not what you'd expect out of JoJo, it's a very classical Italian piece but it is so beautiful. I've actually been considering working on it with my voice teacher in college.

Jotaro, Josuke, Giorno and Jolyne’s themes all written by Yugo Kanno so you’ll notice a lot of writing style similarities in that regard. Especially between Parts 5 and 6 music. In my opinion, I feel he borrowed a lot of elements of this theme from Traitor’s Requiem from Part 5.
