One of our employees brought one in for us to test and confirm however, it did not work. We will be testing USB-C to lightning adapter as soon as Amazon delivers it and updating this post.
I don't think it's just the connector, the app should be able to communicate using that interface, and if the ios app is not able to use anything else than wireless connections, apple users are stuck with that. Although not an ios user I am however curious if it will work with the adapter. As far as I'm aware, the old type A dongle works with android using an adapter.
It doesn't work, and probably will never work. One VictronConnect engineer that told me that there are some impediments that makes wired connection on iOS is not going to be supported.
Hi and thanks for the useful video. As I do not see my multiplus on the Victron Connect app, is the device you use for programming the Multiplus required to see the Multiplus as I can see batteries, mppts, etc.? Or is it only required for programming? Best regards.

10th generation iPad also went to USB-C port.

This must be brand new! Can you set up 3 inverters in 3 phase? I thought you needed a PC to do that?
U can also use usb otg plug and connect standard mk3 to your phone :)
