India is buying the cheap Russian oil, but if Ukraine keeps destroying the oil depots and refineries the supply will slowly diminish! Even at $60 per barrel Russian oil is to expensive! India needs to renegotiate the price down to $35 per barrel to the new threshold for black market oil! Same for china!
