I wonder though if the front end could be refined more still. Considering that during the DTM race on the GP track the Porsche was completely unrestricted by the BOP and the McLaren still runs with restrictions.
I didnt expect the difference to be this big. But looking at the gt2rs you can see how far cars have actually come, you can just stomp on the gas and drive out of anything with a little bit of skill. If you know what i mean
I get the vibes and all can be fun but that lack of front grip brings understeer and I don't see the fun in understeer. It brings driving in a state of waiting for the tire to do their thing whereas a balanced car has more engagement.
This is their terrain and no one cant beat them!
Now Senna chasing a 2RS? 👀🤔 would be very interesting!!
senna GTR vs 2rs MR? 🧐
LOL, you mean passing it and leaving it behind
@@juhsztn The normal Senna is more than enough to embarrass a GT2 MR. LOL
@@stubones would love to see it
IMO a customer Senna cannot attack the ring as hard as a 2RS without damage therefore 2rs wins!
can you explain why the front end doesn't grip? You mentioned suspension, others mention the narrow tires?
Can’t you just up the tire size or wheel at the front , upgrade to Michelin cup 2 tyres, I guess it’s probably not as easy as that ?
Not as easy indeed. Cup 2s don't work on McL
@@mgcharoudin But Goodyear F1 Supercar 3R's do
wow insane that the running costs are that much higher.
Almost sounds like a design flaw that it eats tires and brakes that much. Guess they really pushed it to the limit going for max speed not caring about how much it pushes the tires and brakes.
A fast Golf. I love that analogy 😁
Hasn't Robert said that the 620R needs a slightly wider front tire? Couldn't that help?
Yep
Gt2... KO....Perfect.... Fatality!
Correct me if I’m wrong isn’t Manthey Racing an independent race team.. how about get the 620r set up by one of the successful gt4 race teams. gt2rs vs 620r would have been a better comparison
Wil we gonna see the famous 620R taxi driver Dyanafloor on UA-cam while she is flooring the pedal?
Would be a X-mas episode
The 620R does not like curbs or why did he avoid them?
Can't you fit the wider front tires to McLaren 620R???
GT2RS MR driver had polished off his pancakes before the 620R finished
