So do I. Found a box of 45s going through one of the old farmhouses. Kept them all, except for a few that were damaged.
I remember dancing with my aunt and uncle to this very song in the living room when I was just a wee lad. It was nice being a little boy. No worries, just school.
Fortunate to have lived during an era and listened to music when auto-tune wasn't common.

One of my favorites. I can vividly remember being 13, driving to the farm with my cousin and my grandfather, talking about whatever 13 year olds talk about, which led up to us talking about crushes we’d had in the past, and this song came on the radio. Coincidence?
Grandad then told us the story about how, on a dark rainy night many years ago, my grandma used this song to subtly let him know that she was interested in him. Grandad took the hint. Match made in heaven. They were happily married until Nana passed away fifty years later. Can’t listen to the song without remembering that story. Pretty sure he told my step grandma about that too because last time I took a road trip with them it came on and she said, “hey look, the song that changed your life!”
@@jackcasey7037 That was a awesome story. thanks for sharing. The first time I heard this song was on KRTH or K-earth 101 a oldies but goodies radio station in L.A. My grandfather was giving me a ride to a costume party when I was like 9 or 10. It came on right after "Monster Mash" so I always associated it with Halloween lol great memories though
