I have never said anything pro on con about the Arcusin system....... personaly we have a complete system that will run in the field with one tractor, started out with a NH5075 baler and a Bale Bandit.....After converting to the 1840/Baron.and trying it in the field we discovered that way was too labor intensive..( too many people needed to get bundles off the field and under cover)and also bundles lost color and conformation in open to light storage......Smalls converted from rounds are by far have better color & bundle appearance......Plus 2 people working in syn can convert 40 rounds into 36 bundles, loaded in a trailer in about 3 hours rain or shine......
Maybe fine for some operations, but I pick up 21 bales with the bale baron. Already a giant pain dealing with thousands and thousands of bundles, why make it worse with 14 bale bundles? 7 minute abs vs 6 minute abs Something About Mary
@@allstockhay Do the knotters secure the bundle with a single knot or a double knot like the big balers do? The Baron can run off the tractor hydralic system, but we bought the Hydralic drive unit that goes between the tractor and baler.....
As the farmer said. Logistics. Stack and put away 14 small bale's bundled bulk into one large bale. At a half ton per bulk package. Horse stable down the road, "oh I need 6 ton." Ok, Go pluck 11 bundles. Take it to the scale and pull smaller bale's to make your weight. Perhaps to heavy for you.
Videos like this is what keeps us going! Thank you so much for sharing!
No problem. It’s a fun machine to run and really made a difference for us this year.
Looks good ! People dog on the Arcusin compared to Barons but we love running ours. Simplicity !
Totally! Hit the nail on the head.

Are the bundles secured by a double knot system?....... What knot strength twine does it require?.....Is it hydraic or PtO driven?
The bundles are secured by four strings of 440 strength, just like a large square bale. It’s 540 PTO that runs its own hydraulic pump system.

It secured the bundle with a double knot.
Do you know anyone using this system to bale straw? Would love to buy some in 3 tie bales
Not in 3 string squares sorry! But two string we do about 2-3k a year
who sell this bundler in us, is it adjustable for any length bale
We bought it from a dealer in Kansas. It is adjustable for any length of bale, long or short. You can do 3 or 4 strings around the bundle.
