For what it's worth, the intro is posted on Drac's channel as the "Cowboy Bebop Intro".
He has 800-some videos in his NLSS playlist, if they all had the intro on them and wound getting ContentID...yeah.

Sinvicta is great man! I don't dislike Cobalt btw, I just prefer when other people are on the stream, but I don't hate Cobalt when he's on. He can be a bit annoying sometimes, but it's nothing too serious.

Oh wow, on the Spokane guess I figured it was Spokane based on the houses/yards. They have a look to them that'd hard to put in words. Then when NL saw Dwight Merkel, I lol'd because I knew I was spot on. Actually if the text were just a little less blurry, you could read that the bottom of it says "City of Spokane Parks and Recreation" I've got a friend whose parents were both military people and they often go visit the VA hospital next to that navy base.
Also @ the 10 MPH sign... no one in Spokane drives the speed limit. It's absolutely normal for everyone, cops included, to be going 5 miles over, often 10, and no one gives a single shit.
