Haminy Porridge , please see description for Angela’s recipe

  • 1 pk Haminy Corn
    1/4 cup of flour
    Water
    Milk of your choice ( condensed preferably) sweetened)
    Pinch of salt
    Sugar ( if it’s regular milk used)
    Nutmeg
    Cinnamon
    Vanilla
    Spices of your choice
    Rose water (tip)
    Almond (tip)
    Pressure Haminy corn for an hour , then add about 2 cups of water, add 1/4 cup of flour to thicken content and allow to boil for 25-30 minutes. Sweeten content by adding all the rest of ingredients. Serve warm or hot! Yummy Yummy
