This time right now is the most important and makes the most amount of difference. Braxton Hicks are practice but if they are happening a lot it means your uterus is working too hard. Lay down and give it a rest. Have they said anything about possible bed rest at any point?

Such good news, especially the weights of the babies! It must be comforting to know they are at a viable stage, and the next weeks are all about maintaining the pregnancy to give the babies the best possible start. Enjoy the next little while because life will never be the same. It’s kind of a reflective time, waiting and wondering what’s to come? Being a new Mom is overwhelming at times, so prepare to feel that way sometimes and have some great help available when you need it. Wonderful to think the family you have longed for is arriving in triplet form soon. Look forward to your next vlog. Take care!

I'm so happy all 3 babies are doing good . I enjoy the updates. Although my children are grown and I have grandchildren and blessed with 1 great grandson. I had no multiple births so find following you is educating..

I’m 29 weeks and when I start getting a lot of Braxton Hicks I take a big bottle of water and climb in the tub and just relax. This usually stops them. It’s super normal, even if you had only 1 baby. Every woman is so different. I’m in my third pregnancy and I always started getting Braxton Hicks around 10 weeks. I’ve never gone into preterm labor either. Just listen to your body. Slow down and stay real hydrated.

Drink lots of fluids, limit salt, elevate your legs, and consider wearing compression stocking -- check with your doctor first. Expect your body to react to 3 babies. Sweet bump!

You're doing great! Dr. Probably told you, but if sitting, try to move your legs around and elevate intermittently. GOD bless you and the three sons.
