I completely understand the food budget struggle. What if you make three meals on Sunday that are ready to go in the fridge? A large pot of soup, bake some chicken, etc. then cut some fruits and veggies so you have ready to go meals that are inexpensive and healthy. That way if you get home from work and are too tired to cook, you’ll have a couple of options!!

I bought the budget sheets and love them !
Purple is my favorite color !
Try reverse grocery shopping ! It is an eye opener if you plan your meals with what you already have and just get the fillers. Lyman Joy walks about it on her channel. I only had to get produce, milk and eggs when I tried it ! I had enough on hand for 13 meals !! It was very eye opening!
