I need to know. How did you mount the baby pin to your L track?

Nice q! I used 2 of those L track adapters with a bolt. Attached the bolt adapters to a perforated metal strip and then attached the baby pin to that metal strip with bolts.

Will it cause damage to the screen?

Nope! It has little rubber stickers to put on top of the clips so that the screen rests on the rubber instead of the metal.
