Selecting Intelligent or Constant Mode on CW-5000 series Chillers

Our chillers come programmed to intelligent mode. This means the water temperature will be maintained with in +/- 5 degrees of the ambient air temperature in the room. Here is how to change to constant temp mode meaning you set a temperature and the temperature will remain within +/- 5 degrees of the set-point. Here is a video on how to select the mode.

Hi, I have the 5000 type. The chiller keeps beeping from time to time, so I cleaned the filters and changed the water. The temperature is still high. I have the chiller for 4 years. What type of refrigerant is for this type of chiller? Thank you!

does the chiller need to be running at all times, like a refrigerator or only when the laser is in use?

the chiller must be on and in a ready state for the laser to operate, but it only goes in to a compression cycle as needed to maintain the temp

Need some help. I am having 5000 and there is a problem. Normal light is off. Alarm light is on and alarm buzzer is ringing all the time. Thermostat gets on and off after a while. Kindly guide me and solve my problem. Thanks
