So glad you all talked about the precision of engraving on the 130W. I am definitely one of those people that have been debating that before I make my purchase! Thanks Sallie!

Can these lasers cut wood or is it more for marking?

I have watched this video five times and have followed your instructions EXACTLY. I have two baseballs I'm trying to do this with. It will either completely erase the outline of one baseball or the other. It WILL NOT do what you're able to do and hide just the overlapping part. I've been working on this for over an hour. I'm extremely frustrated.

My wife and I truly enjoy watching Sallie’s channel. She’s extremely informative. We’re actively shopping for a new laser as we speak. We’re upgrading from a diode laser and planning on starting our business. Thunder is at the top of our list!

That’s so true… buy your second laser first. Being new to lasers I’m almost got a CO2 but instead I goy a diode. My next one will be a Thunder laser for sure.

Does anyone on your team speak Spanish? I want to buy one of your machines, I was about to buy with Aeon Laser but after seeing the reviews I want to know more about your laser machines, it would be great if I could talk to someone in Spanish, is there someone who can help me?

I have a 51/130 that flipped off the liftgate and landed on its back. The tube didn’t break but I replaced most of the same metal parts that you are going to replace on this one in about 4 hours, fired it up and it’s been running strong on a daily basis and I never had to adjust any belts or the bed or anything. To say these things are built like tanks is an understatement.

Clay, these project videos of what the Bolt can do are so impressive to me. Not necessarily for their ideas or usefulness, but for your commitment to your company and lasers. Being 69 years old, I am so impressed that the "owner & president" takes time to demonstrate his stuff. It's like they make me feel like a part of the family. Having just sold my Omtech Polar which I never even used - too many "add ons" to get it useable, and now we are moving from Ohio to Florida, so I went ahead and sold it to a friend. I will probably buy another laser like the Bolt here in the next few weeks, after we get settled in Florida. And the Bolt and OneLaser XRF are the top contenders. Thanks, Charlie in Central Ohio, but soon to be Central Florida !!

I have a Bolt too and I love it!. She's right, it wasn't hard to learn at all. I had to learn Lightburn, but it's not as hard as it looks. Thunder's customer service is awesome. I had an issue, that was my fault, on a Sunday. I sent an email and within 2 hours, I got an answer. I didn't expect one until that Monday. I own an Xtool F1 and the customer service is awful. I would buy another Thunder laser in a heart beat!

I had ordered my Nova 63 back in '21 and was waiting for my delivery. It was going to be months. I got a deal on a little Atomstack. I got it for mainly training myself on the software. I tested all the free software and LightBurn. I bought LightBurn as my final software. Works fantastic with the cheapy laser for training and even better with a TL unit. By the time my '63 arrived i was going within minutes after all the setup was complete because i was up to speed with Lightburn. Using the little machine was exactly as you said in the viddy - hobby stuff only. And the Thunder Laser and TL USA is also exactly as you say. Top notch on every front! Thanks for the great Open House last weekend and the great company you have going. Am a very happy customer!

Thanks Clay! My first machine was an AtomStack. Ended up putting it in the trash as it was not for me. Fast forward a year and I am very happy with my Nova 24. Works every time and the support is so much better than waiting on China to get back to you without answers… Wish I had the $1,xxx back from the first machine! Cheers!

I agree that the Thunder Lasers (ex: Bolt) would be great to start with, but a lot of beginners budgets are in the Diode (XTool or Roly) price range. Unfortunately, I’m in that beginner category now & would likely have to wait a while to afford a Thunder Laser (I already talked with your team, great people btw). So for me, at least getting started with a diode, even if just for a hobby, is better than sitting on the sidelines…and then upgrade later.
