I must tell you that the Orthodox Community is very diverse,
And except for the most extreme sects, Most orthodox Jewish women are not suppressed, they are college and grad school educated, Doctors, Lawyers, Computer IT professionals, Psychologists, Accountants, and they are very powerful, and empowered. So Julia is talking about a tiny minority

Quite bizarre to hear this kind persona she preaches, remembering assisting her years ago when she launched her shoe line - the success of which was quite confidential to be honest.
One of my worst work experiences, she was as entitled as it gets, dismissive, with a very classist demeanor towards staff and help - employing a flock of gig workers on cash, being frankly mean,, wicked! Mean girl attitude whispering in front of people about them, in simpler terms a Horror!
She had a well of resources, rented four seasons suites and throwing partiess in 5 stars, sooo dispendious that it is evident she made none of that by her little own shy acting self.
If the humble pie act is true, well Good for her employees, and for her I guess.
