- We hear "the planet is on fire!" Climate change will lead to "collapse of our civilization!”
It's unpopular to question that narrative, but ClimateDepot.com founder Marc Morano does anyway.
----
Don't miss the weekly video from Stossel TV. Sign up here: johnstossel.ac...
----
People try to shut Morano up. When he tried to speak at Georgetown University to question climate change narratives, students honked horns to drown him out.
"They can't handle dissent," Morano tells me. He blames that on indoctrination that starts in grammar school.
"It's an indoctrination that's so complete that by the time they get to high school, they're not even aware that there's any scientific dissent," he says.
Morano has a new movie, Climate Hustle 2, that includes important facts that we all should hear.
It includes Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer saying, "if we would do more on climate change, we'd have fewer of these hurricanes,” when that’s simply not true, as Morano points out in his movie, citing congressional testimony.
In the video above, Morano takes on more climate myths -- from tornados to sea levels. And I push back on his movie's claim that "stopping climate change is not about saving the planet ... it’s about Climate elites trying to convince us to accept a future where they call all the shots."
It's not that people don't care about the environment people just don't care about the Politics of it
they don't care about what's happening to us Little people us little people bring their groceries take care of their kids wash their cars guard their mansions celebrities are just puppets and politicians are the puppet Masters
Exactly, most people I know want to improve the environment but they don't like the politics that they push with it.
Climate alarmists are an existential threat to out freedoms and our prosperity.
I am sad this is the top comment. Please, anyone who will see this comment, reconsider. Climate change action and politics cannot be seperate, it is absolutely necessary and must be dealt with quickly.
@@ckhgator Are you trying to say we should all give up our rights and freedoms for climate change?
Here in Australia last year they said severe droughts caused by climate change will leave the dams in Sydney empty
2 weeks later the dams overflowed due to huge amounts of rain.
Let me guess they blamed climate change for the heavy rainfall as well...
Also due to climate change. It's the only theory that has hedged its bet so much that basically any condition is "proof" of its existence. A remarkably stable decade of temperature and rainfall will be considered an ominous sign of climate change.
@@michaellowe3665 yup. They blame every thing on climate change. "Bu but if global warming isn't real then why did that storm happen over there? What about that drought?" And they ignore the fact that these things have been happening for 1000s of years

At 57 years old, I've been around long enough to watch this whole climate thing unfold.
It went from the gentle suggestion from Carl Sagan that it COULD POSSIBLY be a problem in our future - back when the premise was Global Warming.
Then it went to Climate Change, because that term encompasses everything - warm, cold, hot, increased storms, less storms etc. It is a term that can never be "wrong."
But that term wasn't strong enough, so they changed it to Climate Crisis.
It's a crisis! And it's here - now!

We exchanged emails with other insomniac political junkies across the country. Many of us witnessed first hand similar vote dumps. Dare the lame stream media silence all of us?

"Good intentions will always be pleaded for every assumption of authority. It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. In the 1930's we presumed the world was heating up; we had the Dust Bowl. In the 1940's we presumed the world was getting colder; there were some very grim cold years. So it has swung, yet now we have to take some oath about the global warming crisis. The last time people had to agree (had to) about global matters was during the mid 20th century in a European country led by someone who looked like Charlie Chaplin. You had to vow to accept the theory of continental drift. Not a bad theory, but to be compelled to believe something....
Keep up the good work
The world is warming and the climate is changing, I have never liked big oil and the Monopoly they used to have on our lives. I do support green alternatives where economically viable and do believe green energy will help stabilize the world in general.
However, as a former HVAC worker and based on what I've read, the supposed problem with CFC is the chlorine getting to the atmosphere and destroying the ozone. Fact is chlorine is far heavier than air and sunlight breaks down the salt in the ocean also releasing chlorine. How the chlorine is supposed to get up that high basically amounted to because the wind blows. The old r22 and r12 used harmless mineral oil as the lubricant. So now we use less efficient more expensive refrigerants with crazy poisonous oil to control our house temperature. This also increases the cost of technicians.
As far as the carbon footprint goes, I'm no expert, however, they say they earth has never been greener, my confined space meter reading the same 19.5% oxygen saturation it always has. Further more, as a child growing up I can remember we had record low temperatures and people were worried that a volcano could erupt and block the sun making it colder. The cause of this cold threatening weather was ash particles from coal and stuff being burnt blocking the sun. When green energy sources do become the norm, and they will, I believe we should keep the fossil fuel energy sources to make artificial light in order to prevent mass starvation in the case of the sun being blocked for this reason or that. (google year 536 AD) Further more, innovations in the fracking industry can lead to wide spread geothermal energy. drill a hole, get heat. I think Iceland is 100% geothermal electricity?
i read that a guy who works for a Japanese car company believed Elon Musk's southern Australian battery farm is a waste of resources, the lithium ion batteries could be used in cars and the car batteries could intern be used to store energy for the electrical grid.
I read that there is lava and a volcano active in Antarctica and that Antarctica is one of the most volcanicly active places on earth, yet many news sources blame the melting and warm water under a frickin glacier on carbon emissions. News? Lol. Right. Got it.
So, that El niño hot spot that shows up randomly by Chile supposedly changes the weather pattern for the whole world from time to time and no one understands the cause. I don't think anyone measures or maps the "weather" of the ocean, or has any real understanding of it at all.
I personally believe ocean weather and sunspots and solar flares and other cosmic stuff, I don't understand very well, has more to do with climate change than carbon emissions. Sure carbon dioxide is heavier than air as such I will hold more heat, It probably does contribute something, but no one is burning much of anything during corona and the climate change persist. experts also say the planet has never been greener. there is all sorts of fossil evidence that the planet has been much cooler and much warmer than it is now.
On the vegan methane gas idea, the buffalo on the US plains probably farted more than the cows here do now also. The various rays of solar radiation are gonna bounce off everything anyway I don't think carbon is all that special. although CO2 is heavier than air and does hold heat better.
the idea that CO2 is making the oceans more acidic has only been researched by California universities, which i believe are corrupt, if Denmark or really anyone else had data id be more willing to read it.
The climate change debate has been going on before Clinton opened trade with China. So, no, climate change is not some Chinese conspiracy.

Nothing has changed. Congrats on using your brain to think for yourself.
On April 12, 1633, chief inquisitor Father Vincenzo Maculani da Firenzuola, appointed by Pope Urban VIII, begins the inquisition of physicist and astronomer Galileo Galilei. Galileo was ordered to turn himself in to the Holy Office to begin trial for holding the belief that the Earth revolves around the sun, which was deemed heretical by the Catholic Church Standard practice demanded that the accused be imprisoned and secluded during the trial.
This was the second time that Galileo was in the hot seat for refusing to accept Church orthodoxy that the Earth was the immovable center of the universe: In 1616, he had been forbidden from holding or defending his beliefs. In the 1633 interrogation, Galileo denied that he “held” belief in the Copernican view but continued to write about the issue and evidence as a means of “discussion” rather than belief. The Church had decided the idea that the sun moved around the Earth was an absolute fact of scripture that could not be disputed, despite the fact that scientists had known for centuries that the Earth was not the center of the universe.
This time, Galileo’s technical argument didn’t win the day. On June 22, 1633, the Church handed down the following order: “We pronounce, judge, and declare, that you, the said Galileo… have rendered yourself vehemently suspected by this Holy Office of heresy, that is, of having believed and held the doctrine (which is false and contrary to the Holy and Divine Scriptures) that the sun is the center of the world, and that it does not move from east to west, and that the earth does move, and is not the center of the world.”
Along with the order came the following penalty: “We order that by a public edict the book of Dialogues of Galileo Galilei be prohibited, and We condemn thee to the prison of this Holy Office during Our will and pleasure; and as a salutary penance We enjoin on thee that for the space of three years thou shalt recite once a week the Seven Penitential Psalms.”
Galileo agreed not to teach the heresy anymore and spent the rest of his life under house arrest. It took more than 300 years for the Church to admit that Galileo was right and to clear his name of heresy.
Good for you. Hard for alot of people to see through the lies.
@@FLDrummer01 I am familiar with the Catholic Church's treatment of Galileo. The great irony is that while the American education system will frame Galileo's treatment by the Catholic Church as a great evil, the same education system breeds the same tendencies in those it educates.

The far left could be called
“Fear Incorporated”.
i’m a moderate and in with you on that one. they take every small thing and make it seem huge.
Boyd, very astute of you. Indeed. Many on the Left are driven by fear and anger. In fact, some Democrats used "terror" over "Trump's climate denial" as justification for their own Election Fraud. Imagine that! They felt their lives were threatened by fake news and fake alarm, so they just had to destroy the election process.
In fact, the one common ingredient in all flavors of Leftism is that of Big, Centralized Government. Fear makes them desire Big Brother to "save" them, not realizing that such unrestrained government power jeopardizes their safety even more.
I just learned another dimension to the Left I hadn't completely understood before. Reading Thomas Sowell's *_A Conflict of Visions,_* I now see more clearly that the Left is also driven by the toxic certainty of "know-it-all" superiority. They think man is basically good, and if only they could take the reigns of power, they could "fix" everything. Sowell calls them the ones who have an "unconstrained vision" or "anointed ones."
Remarkably, MOST Republicans are *_Leftists!!!_* Their voting records as recorded and analyzed on the JBS Freedom Index proves that some of the most vocal Republicans are traitors to America. Yes, the Dems have an even lower average score, but a lower level of failing doesn't say much. Only 7 congressmen have scores of 80% or better.
@@user-kw8jy8tq1z That's only if you buy into the Leftist Academics' definitions of "Left" and "Right." They just love stuffing the Right with Leftists -- like white supremacists, Nazis and Fascists -- *_all Leftists!_* Read Thomas Sowell's *_Intellectuals and Society,_* particularly chapter 6 on Left and Right.
@@user-kw8jy8tq1z Even some Americans don't get it. Leftists love to stage what are called False Flag events to fool people into thinking that an enemy attacked them, just so they can attack the enemy *_with popular (unthinking) support._* It's part of the Illuminati-Jacobin-Carbonari-Young America-Communist playbook.
Leftists don't really have anything to offer, so they have to lie and trick.
Now, since you have not yet read Thomas Sowell's great work on the topic, I'll give you my take on it. I think I'm adding a little bit that helps to simplify the picture, empowering us to take action, but words have utility, and I'd much rather be empowered than crippled by fake definitions cooked up by Leftist Academics.
*_Farthest Left:_* 100% government; 0% individual liberty and responsibility. Big Brother or Nanny State. Collectivism. Examples: Communism, Socialism, Democratic Socialism, Nazism, Fascism, Crony Capitalism, Corporatism, Leftist Capitalism.
*_Farthest Right:_* 0% government; 100% individual liberty and responsibility. Individualism. Examples: Anarchy (which means no ruler; too many wrongly equate this with "chaos"), Free Market Capitalism.
*_Americanism:_* The tiniest possible government for protecting the smallest minority: The Individual. This is likely around 5-10% government. This is NOT democracy, which is a Leftist (Collectivist) idea -- where 3 wolves and 1 sheep decide what's for lunch. The sheep gets no protection.
In the United States, Republican politicians are MOSTLY Leftists; there are a few patriots. In Congress ALL Democrats are Leftists -- betrayers of their Oaths of Office. See the JBS Freedom Index for a better understanding of how lopsided is the American government.
@@user-kw8jy8tq1z That is a bit simplistic, but close to the gist of the idea. The Leftists have the idea that man is perfect, despite evidence to the contrary, or that a special breed of self-proclaimed "elite" are perfect and that a 100% government by their wisdom is perfect. This is like the Platonic "philosopher kings." And anyone who rebels against the tyranny is frequently killed or ostracized (gulags, for instance). The Left is symbolized by the French Revolution, with its mob rule and guillotines. One of the primary Leftists in France defended his philosophy right up to the end, while waiting in jail to get his head removed. His certainty blinded him to the flaws. There are some on the Left who genuinely care, but can't see the wanton damage of their arrogant incompetence.
Do you know what "false flag" means? If so, please explain your question.
Trying to deny? LOL What an interesting question that is. Sounds like you already have your answer before you asked it. The problem with your question is that you treat groups as average generalities; they're not. Groups are made up of individuals. Each has their own personality and proclivities.
The most Right-Wing group of the late 18th century was that of the American revolutionaries who declared their independence and fought to defend that declaration. They were willing to commit violence, but the violence was initiated by the Leftists -- Big Centralized Power in England with the king and his thugs. Sometimes people on the Right will commit violence to stop bullies from stealing or killing. It's not a perfect system, but it has the best trade-offs: freedom, prosperity, individual responsibility and the tiniest possible form of government to protect that freedom and prosperity.
