Baltimore PD got a reputation of corruption, it is not just the people saying it. Even ex Baltimore PD officers are saying it. A lot of them are quitting the force fed up with the BS, their corruption start from the top and good cops are usually marginized, most good cops are fed up with the BS and quitting
If you have to chase someone, chase them. Do not shoot them if they are posing no threat. Why is that hard to understand officer? If you are a coward, find another line of work.

man they don't how to do they job because beating people and harassing people has been how they police for so long that they are lost without those tactics thats why they slowed up on policing they need to be retrained the right way to deal with the public me personally i think building a relationship of trust with the community is the best course of action that way good citizens will have no problem with helping them with the bad apples it would make things easier on both sides
