    What is the greater evil?
1.A leader who opress the Muslim and the scholars. The Schools teaches the children immortality and liberalism.
2.Or to die by going against this ruler.

İmam Nawawi is the student of ibn Malik the master Arabic grammarian and linguist who wrote the alfiyyah from ibn Hijab's Kaafiyah. If İmam Nawawi didn't understand Arabic, then none of these peeps especially the current claimants know nothing of the language.
    Well done Hajji.

I love the way they say that you should advise the ruler by meeting them and in private. So this would infer that today's rulers meet the ummah or hold court as they did in the past but that is not the case. So therefore this will never happen as they lock themselves away in their grand palaces away from the general public. Almost all of these rulers are in their position because they were enforced into position by kuffar rulers and they have alliances with the kuffar to subjugate the public and keep themselves in their positions and increase munkar within society. This in itself at the very least brings their rule to be illegitimate. By their own definition these rulers are kharijis themselves. For example look at how the Saud Family were installed into their position.

NOTE: We all agree that we should not bring division among Muslims but can we with Munafiquns?
    >>Islam is a Complete way of Life - Wholistic approach to Human Life - affairs.
Q: Why "Boycott" hurts particularl 'Group' of A'lims (Mathkhalis - Boot-Licking Approaches) as they never take any effective Step / Role to address Ongoing Muslim or Islamic Serious Issues but throwing Fatwa (Prohibition) if anyone anywhere take any action even though which is not clearly against Islam rather to favor..
Have anyone noticing any evidential Objection from "Mathkhalis" regarding "Hallowin" (100%) Pagam Ritual introducing in Saudi-Arabia
and Obscene Women Music / Dance Concert??
Seems Mathkhalis also following 100% of Bible's Distorted Law: "Give the King / Ruler what is his due and Give God what is God's due (Separation of State and Religion) which Jewish scholars Rejects as God's Rule but corrupted one.
Q: Why at this moment when the Whole World is affected by the atrocities in Palestine
in order to Oppose the Oppressor many Muslims considering to "Boycott" as an Indirect Action?
    1. Out of 57 Muslim Countries which or how many countries have True Muslim Governments7 (whom should we obey from 100% Islamic perspective}
    2. Many many Millions of Muslims we live in Non-Muslim Countries across the World: Almost majority Non-Muslim countries are against Majority Muslim Countries including Saudi-Arab since they believe Muslims are below the level of Humans or so.
If Muslims to get permission to decide to Boycott from Muslim Government how many decades to wait if at all possible?
    FYI:
    a) Is it not within Islam that to Speak (take stand} against Unjust Ruler is the Highest Level of Jihad?
    b) 'If you have power prevent Evil with your hand or with your words or hate it in your heart (this is the lowest level of Iman). -Prophet Mohammad (SAW) mentioned according to Hadith).
In which Islamic Source has exactly mentioned about "Boycott" is Haram ?
If is there any why this A'lim did not mentioned as Rock Solid Reference since he is very very Knowledgeable abbot Islam?

barakaLlahoufik brother!! great distortion going on with Shahid Bolsen with his channel Middle Nation. I don't know if you know his channel but he's pushing forward normalization with Is(not)real, not caring about the khilafah, seeking power by the governments through means that contradict principles of the chariah. At some point I started doubting his intentions but now it becomes clearer. He's madkhali views even if he is wearing a suit

The Arabic term Tāghūt (الطَّاغُوت) can refer to idols, a tyrant, an oracle or an enemy of Muhammad sm The term Taghut occurs eight times in the Qur’an.
Tāghūt means “one who has crossed the limits”, in plain language: a rebel. It is any power or being that rebels against Allah and demands loyalty and obedience.
The Arabic word Taghut is derived from the root ط-غ-ت which denotes to cross the limits, overstep boundaries; to rebel.
This explains the meaning of one who exceeds the limit. This notion is associated with the three stages of disbelief in the Islamic context: disobeying Allah, kufr (rejection of the idea that one should obey Allah) and - the last stage - which is: not only to rebel against Allah but also imposing their rebellion against the will of Allah upon others. People who reach this stage are considered a taghut.
In a broader sense, it stands for everything that may direct a Muslim into evil things. In Arabic, it can be interpreted as singular or plural.
Therefore, it is commonly translated as the powers of evil.
This expression was used in Tunisia recently by Moncef Marzouki, a Tunisian politician who was the president of Tunisia from 2011 to 2014.
He defamed his rival party Nidaa Tounes (نِداء تُونِس) by this term and caused a lot of criticism.
The term is mentioned in the Qur’an, for example in sura 2 The Cow - in Arabic: al-Baqara (سُورة الْبَقَرة); or in sura 4 Women - in Arabic: al-Nisā’ (سُورة النِّساء) - verse 4:60:
Meaning: Do you [Prophet] not see those who claim to believe in what has been sent down to you, and in what was sent down before you, yet still want to turn to unjust tyrants for judgement, although they have been ordered to reject them? Satan wants to lead them far astray.

Bro Hajji, the evidence you bring is enough to show their mistakes and lies. You don't have to name call (deragotory name) a muslim as that falls under clear prohibition. As your brother in faith, I remind you to fear Allah and to behave justly with those you disagree with (even though many madkhalis transgress and are unjust).

Sallam bro, appreciate the academic response. I think what would greatly benefit your channel and the viewers is to structure your videos better. Please accept this advice. Right now it can get a bit overwhelming and can feel like information overload. Maybe start with a clearer introduction, some dotted points on screen would be a massive help. Then split the video into different chapters, starting each with a summary of claim, refutation and evidences. Barak Allah feek.

    Serious questions:
Is a ruler who is nominally Muslim-he publicly proclaims the 2 shahadas-but drops 10 atomic bombs for no reason on 10 cities of the Muslims that he rules, still a Muslim?
Is not his invalidation of the laws against murder-essentially, proclaiming that they do not apply to him or his minions-a denial of a clear commandment of the religion and therefore “kufr bawaah”?
Is it not clear indication that such a ruler doesn’t fear Allah because he doesn’t believe that any sort of punishment awaits him in the hereafter?
Is he not the same as someone who nominally proclaims the 2 shahadas but then turns around and says that the Noble Qur’an is corrupted or that zakaat no longer needs to be paid because it’s not a binding pillar of religion?
Does “kufr bawaah” have to be “kufr yakhrij min al millah” including uttering an overt kalima or shahada of kufr proclaiming a false deity?
If scholars of Ahlul Sunnah wal Jamaa’ah say that a person who abandons the fardh of salaat out of mere laziness (without that person disputing that salaat is indeed a fardh) is outside the fold of Islam, then isn’t a ruler who repeatedly commits or orders the committing of premeditated murder even more blameworthy than the person who abandons salaat out of laziness?
Did the Prophet Muhammad (SAAWS) ever make Muslim rulers exempt from the prohibition against premeditated murder?
If there are some authentic hadiths where the Prophet Muhammad (SAAWS) commanded the believers to be patient if and when unjust rulers demand their rights of rulership from their subjects, but in turn, the rulers don’t uphold the rights of their subjects, are there any authentic hadiths where the Prophet Muhammad (SAAWS) exempted rulers from upholding the rights of Allah, and commanded the believers to obey unjust rulers who don’t uphold the rights of Allah?
Was Imam Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani in error when he said that bughaat against the ruler-given a proper taa’weel-can in fact be considered ahl-haqq if the unjust ruler (“hakim jaa’ir”) doesn’t satisfy their just grievances?

Killing a Muslim is a major sin…not disbelief. How do you not know that? It’s honestly scary how you ignorantly try to equate that with kufr billah.
Someone persisting on a sin does NOT mean he deems it to be halal or as you said ‘essentially proclaiming that they don’t apply to him.’ This is absolute ignorance that could lead someone to begin labelling Muslims kuffar. There’s a difference between someone persistently committing a sin and someone deeming it to be halal, which you didn’t even make clear in your weird question. الله المستعان

    • @corax584
      @corax584 Рік тому +3

Salam Alaykum akhi from my limited knowledge the difference between abandoning salah and mass murder is that Salah is what differentiates us from the kuffar as per the many narrations of the prophet (SAW). Murder though wrong is a sin which can be forgiven by repentance to Allah as per the Hadith of the man that killed 100 people.

    • @corax584
      @corax584 Рік тому +2

To add Imam nawawi in his explanation of the story of the man that killed 100 said that if one kills intentionally and believes it is permissible to do so then that is when they are out of the fold of Islam but if they know it is impermissible then they are an evil-doer

We hope that tammy returns to the truth but at the moment Abu Taymiyyah (tammy) works like a snake from the shadows.
He will travel distance to privately warn people of mufti muneer and others that may threaten Tammy's popularity or from the shadows he will make it look like he is in dialogue and when he sits with others he will say what they want to hear.
if he suspects you to be having jihadi tendencies he will find a tammy friendly person in your circle to spy on you.
Most likely he is terrified that you will make a vid on him and that will be the downfall of his popularity

@@BroHajji I would assume it was a phew of relief lol, because you have dismantled his argument very effectively,
The problem is Haqqan is taking "Eeenda" and making it absolute which he has no basis to do so. It says (أفضل الجهاد) it became the best form of Jihad because the inkaar was done in the presence of ruler and that's a huge risk since the ruler can imprison you, kill you or harm you in anyway (why not, we are talking about a tyrant ruler for God's sake). Whosoever does the inkaar despite of these dangers has real guts and strong Eemaan. That's why it became the best form of Jihad. That's the reality of "Eeenda" in this hadeeth as many other shurraah has stated. Haqqan's interpretation is very much farfetched.
Even if for the sake of argument if we allow his interpretation, even then that is not set in stone, it's a matter of Ijthihaad and should not be made a basis upon which deviancy is measured against.
