It’s unfortunate that people can’t see through what he said. It’s really telling, and I hope the actual woman that’s with him (Monet) sees it for herself BEFORE he sabotages her for life.
For the pick me who said Jalen moved for his woman, that's nothing special. Does he deserve a cookie? He moved to where the money is! He knew exactly why he moved! 🤑
lol right. If he doesn’t have children or elderly family to care for or career where he lived, then he didn’t really do much. What sacrifices did he make for the move? And what opportunities waited for him on the other side of the move?
50/50 is okay when it's 50/50 on EVERYTHING! Domestic labor, finances, emotional labor, etc. What you will NOT do is ask for 50/50 on the bills, but then want me to submit to you and do majority of the domestic and emotional labor. And no, you're not allowed to give 20 percent one day. If you want 50/50 then it's 50/50 EVERYDAY.
In my opinion, I do not believe he intended it that way. I believe he was primarily referring to emotional/mental aspects, which account for 20%. During episodes of depression, sometimes I am not motivated to do anything and only have 10 or 20 percent of my usual energy. My husband is understanding and supportive during these challenging periods.
@ChocoBeauty8 if a man asks for 50/50, he needs to come up with his portion in all aspects every day. If someone is on their own, they gotta come up with 100 everyday, so I would never tolerate a 50/50 dude who only got 20 one day. Nope! Come up with the extra 30. Or I'll do 100 and be by myself.

An influencer is different than a content creator because influencers usually have massive followings and are the 'face' of their brand. They are the brand. A content creator can be anyone that creates content -- they don't have to have a big following, they don't have to be the face and they don't have to be paid anything. I am a content creator but not an influencer.
I agree with the OP - we can do what works best for us. There is no one size fits all to relationship roles. Some men would love to house husbands but that's not for me! I grew up in a traditional household where my dad was the provider. For myself, I would prefer a man provide and I help out -- more of a contemporary partnership NOT 50/50. 50/50 seems equal but it's actually unfair to women given the emotional, physical and material labor we often take on more often than not in relationships. It is fair in my opinion that a husband provides. I also feel women ought to have their own money as well and get provider men. Some women don't care if a guy is broke since they have a lot of money but that is not my story personally.
I’m sad to hear that he is so much older than her and he hasn’t made enough of himself to be able to provide for his much younger girlfriend. He is simply making excuses and trying to gas light women into thinking it’s wrong for a man to pay for them. I’m actually disgusted and I don’t even want to hear this nonesense. I think it’s because she makes so much more money than he does. So, he can’t “compete” with that right now. Whatever his reasons are, it’s ok. Life happens. And they have different success. But like you said, it’s the gas lighting women about it! And trying to rewrite what being a provider is. - he should have stayed quiet. Picked a different topic to speak on.
@@TinkOutLoudthe reality is that being the provider has drastically changed in its interpretations. Simply providing makes you a provider. Women have their own bank accounts and buy things of their own volition now. Making their man A provider. Women still look for “The providers” despite that difference, so I believe he is in his right to use the original definition properly.
What really gets me is he says it's impossible to be a provider with a PROVIDER WOMAN. He better be happy he's pretty....because he wouldn't be sitting there with that attitude if he was not.
I remember last month Monet was trending on twitter. Because it was discovered that she got with this men right here, when he was engaged to another woman. She is now probably seeing the rude awakening of being with this men full time now, now that they share a child together. But her ego is not allowing her to leave him knowing the humiliation that will come with it, if she does leave him.
Let them do them, BUT don’t say being a provider should not mean having to provide. That’s simply ludicrous! You want to be held up and not do the work… just say “I’m not a provider” and move on with your life 😂

For all the women who were raised by single mothers, go Ask them if 50/50 worked out for them.
Why was that woman throwing around the word grooming like that?
Because nowadays people learn a word and run it in the ground whether it makes sense to the context or not
Because she doesn’t know what it means, nor that it is de-facto NEVER consensual!
@@deesavage3777 agreed! It’s very weird to see so many grown ups doing this, because it’s typically a young child thing to do.
