Pink bloat: Can shoot brimstone in all cardinal directions, his eyes split into more eyes upon taking any amount of damage, he shoots out 8 homing tears when he lands from a jump, and the homing tears explode and leave creep.
That is literally just overkilling the hell out of people, you have a good run and go into the boss fight ready to beat up the boss, and then you sh*t your pants because golden colostomia just lobbed a giga bomb at you but you already have almost no space left
Based on that beautiful Colostomia here's my Golden Bloat: 15% bigger, Homing proyectiles and brimstone, Eyes leaves blood creep and can shoot above. And white matriarch: Identical to Normal Matriarch but with 20% more health, 10% more size and turns into Carrion Queen.
Pestilence without Ipecac is like Widow without spiders so i vote him as the worst champion by design. Red gate is the hardest one tho, having full heart damage and freaming delirium attack patterns

That's a fix to all your champions, especially Colostomia!
honestly i wouldn't mind seeing more vids of just custom boss champion variants, it sounds fun as for champion ideas... White Blighted Ovum: Contusion leaves slowing white creep on the ground as he walks, while Suture fires an explosive white projectile that leaves behind white creep. Red Gemini: When Contusion stops to take a breath he fires 6 projectiles in all directions. Suture's behavior changed to his phase 2 behavior. If Contusion is killed first Suture leaves red creep on the ground. Blue Loki: Spawns a Fly Bomb instead of Boom Flies. Projectile attack is a longer chain of different bullet patterns like bullets in every direction or spiraling bullets, sort of like how he attacks as the Horny Boys. Shots are the same color as the projectiles in Downpour. Light Greenish Grey Gurdy: Doesn't spawn enemies. Projectile attacks aren't technically fired, but rather show up in the air before dropping. They appear alongside green creep. The attack where she spawns two attack flies behind her is replaced with a spiral of projectiles sort of like The Cage. Her projectiles are all green. Brown Gurdy Jr.: Doesn't use her charge attack. Instead spawns Big Corns. Projectile attack is a sort of spiraling line of shots sort of like how Clog's are. Red Monstro II: Brimstone attack is replaced with a ball of blood that leaves behind red creep and splits into 8 projectiles on contact with a wall or Isaac. First jump attack leaves behind red creep while the second spawns two Globin. Either when its HP is lower or upon death (if the latter, its HP a bit less than normal) it becomes a Cohort with slightly more HP than normal. you don't have to do ALL these ideas lmao, but you know how it is, the more you do it the more ideas you get
Aight, since this video has custom champions I finally have a place to post this in. Here are some of my ideas I made up: -Purple Monstro II shoots a homing brimstone laser (like a vis versa) and summons the regular 8 projectiles but they're spinning and he shoots them four times. Does not spawn anything. (same hp and size) -Black Gemini - Suture has 20/20 shot and Contusion never stops chasing you. They both die at the same time (+20% hp for Contusion) -Yellow bloat leaves yellow creep and instead of two peepers floating around he has floppy eyes that block tears (like a peeping fatty) and doesn't do the brimstone attacks. Small jump fires the normal 12 yellow peep projectiles but three times and every time the angle varies a bit. Big jump makes an X out of yellow creep. When standing in a direction (side or front) that triggers the original brim attack the champion fires a line of fast projectiles that slow down before falling to the ground to make creep (not a whole line, just the place where the projectiles fall). (-25% hp, +5% size) -White pestilence (revamp so it's more pestilencey) shoots multiple small ipecac projectiles that don't leave any creep behind (similar to The Lamb but a bit less projectiles). Spawns 4 small maggots. Second phase: regular ipecac but appears white and leaves a big white creep pool, spawns 2 ultra pestilence flies. (same hp and size) -Red chub doesn't spawn any enemies but starts with boils on each corner of the room. She occasionally fires big blood bullet that leave a trail of damaging red creep at the direction she's facing (like that one Mr. Fred attack but singular). (+5% speed, -10% hp, -15% size)
I really like your custom champions! If you do another video on the custom champions, I think it’d be cool to see your takes on champion versions of some of the endgame bosses.

Here are some of my ideas I came up with over an hour or so Deep red monstro 2: Shoots a larger brimstone beam and can shoot it upwards and downwards, cannot spawn enemies, shoots 16 blood projectiles instead of 8 Orange wormwood: Spawns lots of leeches instead of shooting projectiles, when opening it’s maw it shoots 5 projectiles towards you, it’s 20% slower Brown singe: His lighter attack is replaced with a long range montasuma’s revenge, when he chases you he leaves behind a few small puddles of slippery brown creep, when he explodes after chasing you he spawns two black squirts that are immune to explosions Yellow reap creep: Phase 1 spawns soy spiders and shoots lots more projectiles that are soy milk coloured and sized, phase 2 spawns the things and shoots lots of creep instead of projectiles, phase 3 shoots a smaller brimstone beam that functions similarly to vis versa beams Black baby plum: When ground pounding spawns 1-3 boom flys and black tar creep with a larger radius instead of projectiles, twirling repeats 5 times in a row but spawns nothing, explodes like a giga bomb on death instead of shooting projectiles Red great Gideon: Doesn’t summon enemies and instead puts you through multiple trap layouts with buttons and various grimaces for each wave Orange great Gideon: Summons nothing and functions like a regular boss, 250% attack speed Blue hornfel: Doesn’t summon enemies and can only throw bombs at you, but can throw any bomb type and bomb combos with multiple effects at once Hope this helps!
I love Repentance, but I'm still disappointed that it didn't add any new champion bosses. A lot of bosses still don't have a single champion variant, and none of the alt path bosses have any. Champion alt ideas: In general you could have bosses with less hp that turn into enemies related to them on death. So Monstro would turn into multiple Ministros, Pin would turn into multiple needles, etc. Red Blighted Ovum: Suture chases after Isaac like he does in the Gemini fight instead of shooting a brimstone laser. He's still invunerable however. Contusion doesn't leave creep. ??? Dangle: Spawns a Corn Mine beside himself instead of shooting projectiles/spawning Corn Dips (It would replace one of those two attacks) Green Dangle: Always poisons himself when using the dash attack. White The Fallen: Uses diagonal and rotating brimstone attacks like Krampus. Doesn't split into two at half health. Black The Wretched: Spawns Blisters instead of Spiders and Trites. Shoots black balls instead of white shots and cree Red Mask of Infamy: Has two hearts. The hearts shoot a stream of shots between themselves like the Mask II + 1/2 Heart enemy. The boss is smaller and has less health. Black Moms Heart/It Lives: Spawns groups of enemies/a boss and goes invunerable until they are killed. Doesn't shoot bullets. (Similar to Flash Isaac). Black Lil Blub: Spawns Striders instead of Small Leeches.
This video made me realize just how... boring they left the preexisting bosses. None of them got new champion versions (Pin was in the code since Rebirth so he doesn't count) including the Antibirth originals which didn't have any.
Modders, I have an idea! Take Red Mega Maws attack patterns, apply them to skinless Hush and double the attack speed. Maybe add Red Gate's attacks in there as well. Also Light Blue Gemini with Tech Zero laser connecting the two.

Pure White Gurgling (boss, not womb+ creep gurglings) +150% HP +30% size -Spawns alone instead of 2 -when there is other enemies in the room (excluding all indestructible enemies), becomes invulnerable to isaac's attacks, including bombs, creep and the likes) and gains much decreased damage against spikes and red poops that might've generated in the room -can only charge if very close to isaac, and will therefore prioritize moving torwards him -Once he hits a wall or hole, can do 2 things: 1. Fire a homing, exploding projectile that leaves some creep for a little while (if gurgling gets hit by projectile he will take only 10 damage). 2. Summon a moter with 8 HP or a walking sack with 15 HP -Upon reaching 50% HP, moves a little faster and can charge from just a bit farther away. On 10% HP, dies and turns into an angelic baby (the triple shot one) with 30 HP. The reason why the invulnerebility is because there is technically a white gurgling, but that is one of the enemy champion variant, and not boss variant.
Black Delirium: Projectiles bounce on walls twice. After death, respawns with 1% less health. Repeats until 0% health. Gold delirium: Homing golden projectiles. One of them is quality 2, one is quality 4. Picking the quality 4 item will not give you the item. It will make you fight purple Cholostomia again. Golden Hush: The whole floor is gold. There are two more chests. Free gold key. All chests drop items. The treasure room has quality 3-4 items. You can pick both items. The shop has R key for 99 coins. Hush has 2000 health in the first phase. Hush has 10000 health in the first phase. Hush now has a third phase, with 7000 health. Upon reaching the third phase, you gain Holy Mantle. Dark green lary jr:have 3 instead of 2,leaves green creep and one explosive attack when one poop is destroyed,when more damage taken more slow and big lary jr turns and when lary jr have half of his health his back starts to fire a brimstone laser
Custom boss champion boss idea: red loki he would have 100% more health he would shoot explosing tears leaving red creep he doesn't spawn any monsters when half HP taken he would cut into the other loki (the double one) and he would only spawn flies.
Dark lime Frail - Decreased size by 10% In phase 1 and 2 Normal blood shots are now purple homing shots. During the first phase it spit white creep shots at the player instead of explosives. In it's second form the brimstone shot is purple and homing similar to a Vis Versa. When the frail sticks it's tail out it will leave a huge pool of white slowing creep, as oppose to the white creep blood shots. This white creep puddle will last a couple seconds longer than the regular creep shots would. Orange Triachnid - Increased size by 30% Health increased by 1.6% (800) Moves slightly slower. Spits a troll bomb instead of a trite toward issac. When lifting itself up and off screen it can stomp up to 5 or 6 times occasionally. When stomping, it will cause an explosion upon contact with the floor. Immune to explosions/bombs. Purple C.H.A.D - Decreased size by 20% Increased speed Spawns invisible only appearing visible for a few seconds occasionally. Spawns Red boom flies instead of suckers. Tears that hit C.H.A.D will not cause C.H.A.D to blink red.
Custom champion idea: rainbow bloat. All attacks deal 2 hearts of damage. Spawns 3 rainbow champion bishops when using any attack. Has 3 times hp. Is 3000 percent bigger, filling the entire screen. Spawns a rainbow bloat on death.
Champ Ideas i guess: Red Death: Summons either Dragon Flies or Crackles instead of scythes in Phase 1, Spawns Coal Boys in Phase 2 and Leaves a fire when he dies. Same size as regular death but with slightly more health and also could count as an Osmosis Jones reference. Green Mega Fatty: 25% Bigger and Tankier, Spawns green creep instead of dips, and his vomit attack is an Ipecac barrage. The trade off is he can't do the large jump attack but the small one is still there. Golden Mom: Spawns in Enemies from Afterbirth and Afterbirth+, The stomp speed is increased like her red champion variant but is 10% weaker HP-wise. Pale Grey War: When he ascends he summons a giga bomb, But he charges more often like Blue famine to prevent screwing people out of devil/angel deals and because without flight it'd get annoying real quick. Just has 50% more HP and leaves a puddle of slowing creep in phase 2. Red Siren: Screams a lot more, when she swipes she spawns a troll bomb that leaves blood behind. also she's slightly faster. Yellow Baby Plum: Fast and Smol, when doing the diagonal stream she does brimstone instead, acting like the Vis Fatty version of it.
I don't have any champion ideas, but I think you should find a way for there to be a 30% chance for a boss room to be a crawlspace, and maybe even a 15% chance for an entire floor to be a crawlspace! (Ik it will take a long time to code that in and design hundreds of crawlspace rooms if you are going to do it, but I think it would give the crawlspace concept a good purpose! Crawlspaces are so underused and I love the changes it adds to the gameplay!
Red Baby Plum: +20% Health +25% Size -Never leaves the arena, -The spit attack spawns red extinguishable flames that do shoot projectiles on bounce, -It also fires a brim beam while activated, -The slam spawns a full boom fly instead of creep, -The twirl fires a brimstone beam in the direction the twirl went, -At 25% health left, enters a phase two of sorts: -Becomes angry, adds two new attacks: -Charges into a wall, taking 1 damage, and firing an unorganized cluster of shots in the opposite direction -rubs a Monstro's tooth to summon 2 ministros
Here some ideas: Dark Grey Great Gideon - spawns 6 random bosses 1 per wave (can be champs too) from previous floors pools instead of normal mobs. Spits 2-4 flybombs instead of lava. Does not alters layout with making pits in it. No vacuum attack. Yellow Wretched - -25% HP, -20% size. Constant sporadic fast jumps at very short distances without any pauses. Summons 8-12 yellow spiders occasionally (24 max). No creep or projectiles at all.
IsaacGuru I never used mods. Maybe I’m just tripping out. Is it possible it was available in Greed(ier) Mode? I think I played Greed Mode a lot more than the average person. Or maybe it couldn’t spawn as a boss in basement (etc.) but could spawn as a regular enemy in later levels (ex. Chest) or in boss rush?
Honestly Black Gate just feels unfair if you don't have enough damage. You can let them stay as clusters, but then they eventually get too much and overwhelm you anyway. If you try and attack them, you aren't attacking The Gate, allowing him to spawn more. Spiders also move semi-randomly. Even if you are a really good player it is impossible to always predict the spiders movement and with low damage they will unavoidably corner you.
grey pin existed in wrath of the lamb and could spawn naturally, and blue mom summons only new enemies from the chapters 1-3 that were added in wrath of the lamb
Black delerium. +500% H.P. Only turns into the bloat. This bloat can spawn more bloats. This bloat has homing, transendence, rubber cement brimstone. This bloat can shoot brimstone in any direction. It does not jump or leave creep. It never gives warnings for attacks. All bloats have 350 h.p. and the same attacks. (other than bloat spawning) Randomly shoots homing ipecac that has a 50% chance of spawning mega satan or hush. Does 2 hearts of damage. Deletes everything on your computer and gives you bonzi buddy virus if you die to him. Killing him causes a mama mega effect that does 24 full hearts of damages. Seems fair right?
Idea 1 - (Pink Daddy long legs) Pink daddy long legs is smaller than regular Daddy long legs by 25% Health is reduced to 90% All attacks are faster Instead of spawning spiders Daddy Long Legs shoots 4 blood shots aimed at issac. Idea 2 - (Pale white Gemini) Contusion is invulnerable until Suture is gone. When Suture is defeated Contusion will run at you without taking breaks, however it will no longer be invulnerable. Idea 3 - (Black Loki) Black Loki Spawns ticking spiders instead of boom flies. At 2/3 health Loki will split into Lokii, each carrying the the remaining 1/3rd health. After said split it will spawn level 2 spiders instead of ticking spiders. Yes I changed this comment just to give Gemini the proper names, and since blue Loki was already a suggestion the color should be changed to black to reference the fallen.

purple bloat: double health and size, eyes leave damaging creep as they fly, fires mega satan lasers instead of normal ones, when spawning creep he creates a half sized bloat that has 10% health, drops a giga troll bomb upon death and no item.
Fun Fact: The Black champion version of the Haunt spawns a couple of spiders instead of doing a Brimstone laser. However, he shoots even more tears in his tear attack! This is the easiest version of Haunt, even easier than the normal Haunt himself!
Man.. I dont have a lot of ideas for mechanics but I really think there should be a rainbow dingle variant. Maybe it should have some kind of regen thing and rainbow effect shots, leave rainbow creep, etc? Like a combo of several champions plus some rainbow stuff. And obviously it should drop some kind of rainbow tear effect item upon death, i.e. fruitcake, playdough cookie, 3$ bill, rainbow baby. I just really like rainbows lmao.
Green Loki! ===== Green Loki appeared with 3 Grudges placed along the room. Grudges are separated by metal blocks, so they can only move in two directions. Loki spawns an Evis near Isaac instead of Boom Flies. A maximum of 3 Evises can be alive at once. Shoots a triple shot at Isaac instead of sets with cardinal attacks. the point is that the Evises hold Isaac, while Loki and Grudges attack him.

as for champion ideas...
White Blighted Ovum: Contusion leaves slowing white creep on the ground as he walks, while Suture fires an explosive white projectile that leaves behind white creep.
Red Gemini: When Contusion stops to take a breath he fires 6 projectiles in all directions. Suture's behavior changed to his phase 2 behavior. If Contusion is killed first Suture leaves red creep on the ground.
Blue Loki: Spawns a Fly Bomb instead of Boom Flies. Projectile attack is a longer chain of different bullet patterns like bullets in every direction or spiraling bullets, sort of like how he attacks as the Horny Boys. Shots are the same color as the projectiles in Downpour.
Light Greenish Grey Gurdy: Doesn't spawn enemies. Projectile attacks aren't technically fired, but rather show up in the air before dropping. They appear alongside green creep. The attack where she spawns two attack flies behind her is replaced with a spiral of projectiles sort of like The Cage. Her projectiles are all green.
Brown Gurdy Jr.: Doesn't use her charge attack. Instead spawns Big Corns. Projectile attack is a sort of spiraling line of shots sort of like how Clog's are.
Red Monstro II: Brimstone attack is replaced with a ball of blood that leaves behind red creep and splits into 8 projectiles on contact with a wall or Isaac. First jump attack leaves behind red creep while the second spawns two Globin. Either when its HP is lower or upon death (if the latter, its HP a bit less than normal) it becomes a Cohort with slightly more HP than normal.

Aight, since this video has custom champions I finally have a place to post this in. Here are some of my ideas I made up:
-Purple Monstro II shoots a homing brimstone laser (like a vis versa) and summons the regular 8 projectiles but they're spinning and he shoots them four times. Does not spawn anything. (same hp and size)
-Black Gemini - Suture has 20/20 shot and Contusion never stops chasing you. They both die at the same time (+20% hp for Contusion)
-Yellow bloat leaves yellow creep and instead of two peepers floating around he has floppy eyes that block tears (like a peeping fatty) and doesn't do the brimstone attacks. Small jump fires the normal 12 yellow peep projectiles but three times and every time the angle varies a bit. Big jump makes an X out of yellow creep. When standing in a direction (side or front) that triggers the original brim attack the champion fires a line of fast projectiles that slow down before falling to the ground to make creep (not a whole line, just the place where the projectiles fall). (-25% hp, +5% size)
-White pestilence (revamp so it's more pestilencey) shoots multiple small ipecac projectiles that don't leave any creep behind (similar to The Lamb but a bit less projectiles). Spawns 4 small maggots. Second phase: regular ipecac but appears white and leaves a big white creep pool, spawns 2 ultra pestilence flies. (same hp and size)
-Red chub doesn't spawn any enemies but starts with boils on each corner of the room. She occasionally fires big blood bullet that leave a trail of damaging red creep at the direction she's facing (like that one Mr. Fred attack but singular). (+5% speed, -10% hp, -15% size)

Here are some of my ideas I came up with over an hour or so
Deep red monstro 2:
Shoots a larger brimstone beam and can shoot it upwards and downwards, cannot spawn enemies, shoots 16 blood projectiles instead of 8
Orange wormwood:
Spawns lots of leeches instead of shooting projectiles, when opening it’s maw it shoots 5 projectiles towards you, it’s 20% slower
Brown singe:
His lighter attack is replaced with a long range montasuma’s revenge, when he chases you he leaves behind a few small puddles of slippery brown creep, when he explodes after chasing you he spawns two black squirts that are immune to explosions
Yellow reap creep:
Phase 1 spawns soy spiders and shoots lots more projectiles that are soy milk coloured and sized, phase 2 spawns the things and shoots lots of creep instead of projectiles, phase 3 shoots a smaller brimstone beam that functions similarly to vis versa beams
Black baby plum:
When ground pounding spawns 1-3 boom flys and black tar creep with a larger radius instead of projectiles, twirling repeats 5 times in a row but spawns nothing, explodes like a giga bomb on death instead of shooting projectiles
Red great Gideon:
Doesn’t summon enemies and instead puts you through multiple trap layouts with buttons and various grimaces for each wave
Orange great Gideon:
Summons nothing and functions like a regular boss, 250% attack speed
Blue hornfel:
Doesn’t summon enemies and can only throw bombs at you, but can throw any bomb type and bomb combos with multiple effects at once

I love Repentance, but I'm still disappointed that it didn't add any new champion bosses. A lot of bosses still don't have a single champion variant, and none of the alt path bosses have any.
Champion alt ideas:
In general you could have bosses with less hp that turn into enemies related to them on death. So Monstro would turn into multiple Ministros, Pin would turn into multiple needles, etc.
Red Blighted Ovum: Suture chases after Isaac like he does in the Gemini fight instead of shooting a brimstone laser. He's still invunerable however. Contusion doesn't leave creep.
??? Dangle: Spawns a Corn Mine beside himself instead of shooting projectiles/spawning Corn Dips (It would replace one of those two attacks)
Green Dangle: Always poisons himself when using the dash attack.
White The Fallen: Uses diagonal and rotating brimstone attacks like Krampus. Doesn't split into two at half health.
Black The Wretched: Spawns Blisters instead of Spiders and Trites. Shoots black balls instead of white shots and cree
Red Mask of Infamy: Has two hearts. The hearts shoot a stream of shots between themselves like the Mask II + 1/2 Heart enemy. The boss is smaller and has less health.
Black Moms Heart/It Lives: Spawns groups of enemies/a boss and goes invunerable until they are killed. Doesn't shoot bullets. (Similar to Flash Isaac).
Black Lil Blub: Spawns Striders instead of Small Leeches.
Champion version of bosses are usually just annoying anyway so I would not even want any new one.

This video made me realize just how... boring they left the preexisting bosses. None of them got new champion versions (Pin was in the code since Rebirth so he doesn't count) including the Antibirth originals which didn't have any.
Modders, I have an idea! Take Red Mega Maws attack patterns, apply them to skinless Hush and double the attack speed.
Maybe add Red Gate's attacks in there as well. Also Light Blue Gemini with Tech Zero laser connecting the two.

Pure White Gurgling (boss, not womb+ creep gurglings)
+150% HP
+30% size
-Spawns alone instead of 2
-when there is other enemies in the room (excluding all indestructible enemies), becomes invulnerable to isaac's attacks, including bombs, creep and the likes) and gains much decreased damage against spikes and red poops that might've generated in the room
-can only charge if very close to isaac, and will therefore prioritize moving torwards him
-Once he hits a wall or hole, can do 2 things:
1. Fire a homing, exploding projectile that leaves some creep for a little while (if gurgling gets hit by projectile he will take only 10 damage).
2. Summon a moter with 8 HP or a walking sack with 15 HP
-Upon reaching 50% HP, moves a little faster and can charge from just a bit farther away.
On 10% HP, dies and turns into an angelic baby (the triple shot one) with 30 HP.
The reason why the invulnerebility is because there is technically a white gurgling, but that is one of the enemy champion variant, and not boss variant.

Custom boss champion boss idea: red loki he would have 100% more health he would shoot explosing tears leaving red creep he doesn't spawn any monsters when half HP taken he would cut into the other loki (the double one) and he would only spawn flies.

In phase 1 and 2 Normal blood shots are now purple homing shots. During the first phase it spit white creep shots at the player instead of explosives. In it's second form the brimstone shot is purple and homing similar to a Vis Versa. When the frail sticks it's tail out it will leave a huge pool of white slowing creep, as oppose to the white creep blood shots. This white creep puddle will last a couple seconds longer than the regular creep shots would.
Orange Triachnid - Increased size by 30% Health increased by 1.6% (800)
Moves slightly slower.
Spits a troll bomb instead of a trite toward issac.
When lifting itself up and off screen it can stomp up to 5 or 6 times occasionally.
When stomping, it will cause an explosion upon contact with the floor.
Immune to explosions/bombs.
Purple C.H.A.D - Decreased size by 20%
Increased speed
Spawns invisible only appearing visible for a few seconds occasionally.
Spawns Red boom flies instead of suckers.
Tears that hit C.H.A.D will not cause C.H.A.D to blink red.

Custom champion idea: rainbow bloat. All attacks deal 2 hearts of damage. Spawns 3 rainbow champion bishops when using any attack. Has 3 times hp. Is 3000 percent bigger, filling the entire screen. Spawns a rainbow bloat on death.

Champ Ideas i guess:
Red Death: Summons either Dragon Flies or Crackles instead of scythes in Phase 1, Spawns Coal Boys in Phase 2 and Leaves a fire when he dies. Same size as regular death but with slightly more health and also could count as an Osmosis Jones reference.
Green Mega Fatty: 25% Bigger and Tankier, Spawns green creep instead of dips, and his vomit attack is an Ipecac barrage. The trade off is he can't do the large jump attack but the small one is still there.
Golden Mom: Spawns in Enemies from Afterbirth and Afterbirth+, The stomp speed is increased like her red champion variant but is 10% weaker HP-wise.
Pale Grey War: When he ascends he summons a giga bomb, But he charges more often like Blue famine to prevent screwing people out of devil/angel deals and because without flight it'd get annoying real quick. Just has 50% more HP and leaves a puddle of slowing creep in phase 2.
Red Siren: Screams a lot more, when she swipes she spawns a troll bomb that leaves blood behind. also she's slightly faster.
Yellow Baby Plum: Fast and Smol, when doing the diagonal stream she does brimstone instead, acting like the Vis Fatty version of it.

as a relatively new player, I have only ever fought black frail, and didn't even relise that is not the original version
I don't have any champion ideas, but I think you should find a way for there to be a 30% chance for a boss room to be a crawlspace, and maybe even a 15% chance for an entire floor to be a crawlspace! (Ik it will take a long time to code that in and design hundreds of crawlspace rooms if you are going to do it, but I think it would give the crawlspace concept a good purpose! Crawlspaces are so underused and I love the changes it adds to the gameplay!

Here some ideas:
Dark Grey Great Gideon - spawns 6 random bosses 1 per wave (can be champs too) from previous floors pools instead of normal mobs. Spits 2-4 flybombs instead of lava. Does not alters layout with making pits in it. No vacuum attack.
Yellow Wretched - -25% HP, -20% size. Constant sporadic fast jumps at very short distances without any pauses. Summons 8-12 yellow spiders occasionally (24 max). No creep or projectiles at all.
What? I could've sworn I fought Dark Grey Pin tons of times pre-Repentance. No way they just made it possible to appear in Repentance

IsaacGuru I never used mods. Maybe I’m just tripping out. Is it possible it was available in Greed(ier) Mode? I think I played Greed Mode a lot more than the average person. Or maybe it couldn’t spawn as a boss in basement (etc.) but could spawn as a regular enemy in later levels (ex. Chest) or in boss rush?

Honestly Black Gate just feels unfair if you don't have enough damage. You can let them stay as clusters, but then they eventually get too much and overwhelm you anyway. If you try and attack them, you aren't attacking The Gate, allowing him to spawn more.
Spiders also move semi-randomly. Even if you are a really good player it is impossible to always predict the spiders movement and with low damage they will unavoidably corner you.
grey pin existed in wrath of the lamb and could spawn naturally, and blue mom summons only new enemies from the chapters 1-3 that were added in wrath of the lamb

Idea 3 - (Black Loki) Black Loki Spawns ticking spiders instead of boom flies.
At 2/3 health Loki will split into Lokii, each carrying the the remaining 1/3rd health. After said split it will spawn level 2 spiders instead of ticking spiders.

20:35 I find this looks easier than I actually fought it. Probably that most of its attacks is spammy and can deal a full heart damage for a boss on Chapter 2 floors.

purple bloat: double health and size, eyes leave damaging creep as they fly, fires mega satan lasers instead of normal ones, when spawning creep he creates a half sized bloat that has 10% health, drops a giga troll bomb upon death and no item.
Colostomia is very fair and the custom champion even more.
Fun Fact: The Black champion version of the Haunt spawns a couple of spiders instead of doing a Brimstone laser.
However, he shoots even more tears in his tear attack!
This is the easiest version of Haunt, even easier than the normal Haunt himself!
Man.. I dont have a lot of ideas for mechanics but I really think there should be a rainbow dingle variant. Maybe it should have some kind of regen thing and rainbow effect shots, leave rainbow creep, etc? Like a combo of several champions plus some rainbow stuff. And obviously it should drop some kind of rainbow tear effect item upon death, i.e. fruitcake, playdough cookie, 3$ bill, rainbow baby. I just really like rainbows lmao.

the point is that the Evises hold Isaac, while Loki and Grudges attack him.
