honestly from the matches i´ve seen so far people don´t really use many different builds nod it´s primarily buggy+bike build, GDI novice goto is medium tankrush but pro players seem more to go orcarush into humvee against nod .. i hardly see anyone go for tier 3 stuff like mammoth, stealthtank or commando .. no artillery or MRLS play either ... interesting here as GDI is the use of double ref play on a tiberiumpatch were many nodplayers go single ref per Tibpatch ..
@@whoeverthis.itaintme.9873 hmmm honestly it´s not so much a matter of map complexity but simply unitbalance/hightechviability .. i think i have watched so far like 20 to 30 TD-R matches and next to no one goes for high tier units or late game tech ... there was ONE recent match an opponent went for mammoth ... but other than that? no airstrikeuse nor superweaponuse, no use of mobile artilery nod i have yet to see anyone use stealthtanks, chemsoldiers or commandos (the latter for gdi aswell) let´s not talk about RA-R as that is pure medium/heavy tank spam + gunners and NOTHING else .. not to plug but Open RA unitbalance both for TD and RA has been made so while there definitively are your bread n butter builds on the avarage match you see a much broader use of the unit and structure pool .. though i still would say OpenRA-TD balance is missing a bit in the late game and RA balance still needs to put any love into naval play ...
