Sport cats - because of the emissions rulles and also the smell. These will pass the test in my country. I also need to keep the OPF and with the OEM valves I hope to have hopefully not that much drone. So if the car can get more power and much better sound plus still with the valves closed work as a car cruising on the highway count me in 😜 I know that the test car in US doesn’t have the same OPF set up as in Europe - but if the sound is close to the video I am 🤩
Nice! Video please of Fabspeed catted headers + Fabspeed OPF bypass + stock muffler box. I think this combo finally might snap it all into place for the 4.0 718
We think that's a great combo! We did not have a chance to record it when it was on the car but expect a 10-20% louder exhaust note over just catted headers, plus a little more of that motorsport raw sound you get with catless headers.
No, please see the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act if you are in the United States. This act prevents companies from voiding a warranty because of an aftermarket part that is unrelated to the problem.
@@FabspeedMotorsport True, but if you have a transmission fail, they might try to say that it failed due to the power. They may also say that your engine failed because the exhaust changed the A/F ratio with the exhaust. Good luck fighting it - it will be very expensive.
The sound clip is without 200 CAT right ? Just wondering how different the sound is with the 200 CAT I believe this set up could work on EU cars without no engine light (CEL) Hope that’s the case - if so this could be my next mod -:)
The sound clip is WITH our 200 Cell Sport Cats! Tomorrow We will be releasing a video comparing the sound of a stock car to one equipped with just our Modular Headers and Sport Cats. And you are correct, these headers will work on an EU car and will NOT trigger a CEL. They do not interfere with the GPF's
Which would you run, Sport Cats or Cat Bypass?

does this void the warranty?
