    a yeah you get the 3 electrons to form bonds with oxygen and the 1 non bonding pairs we forget about them. Great strat nice video (not even close)

    Nitrogen here formed 3 bonds so 2 lone pair electrons are there with nitrogen then why it's octet is not fullfilled

      Because central atom donot follow the lewis dot structure
      It could have more than 8 electrons
