    I usually don't comment on videos but I think I should just to let other people know, this is hands down one of the most informational and helpful channels ive ever watched in my life, I saw your video "The reason you cant rank up in valorant" around a week ago, and watching it helped me splurge through the ranks, I already had my aim down but I didn't have the fundamentals and your videos really helped me, I went from plat 2 - diamond 2 in just a week. I just wanted to thank you because I'm getting alot more wins and I actually feel like I deserve my rank now. This channel is very unique and actually gives helpful information in a short amount of time, looking forward to more of the videos!

    as someone who's hardstuck in low elo,one of the most important things for low elo players to learn is
    1. using your map
    2. knowing callouts
    something i like to do not rotate until i atleast have a rough understanding of where all the enemy players are on the map. like if my teammate spots 3enemies,we still dk where the 2are. if the 4th uses an util near my teammate, that's 4down, 1to go, by then i rotate but am still cautious cuz the 5th could be tryna lurk. it's really common for players to just instantly rotate if they see 1enemy player use an util/shiw presence only for them to plant at another site.
    ( incase you misinterpreted it: you shouldn't instantly rotate if you just see 1enemy player showing some presence on the other site)
    another thing is knowing callouts, some parts of the maps are called different things, example: windows in bind is called hookah, ct spawn, t spawn. there have been so many instances where i said "there are _enemies in hookah/ct/t" only for my teammates to go "where's hookah/ct/t".
    not tryna say I'm better than everyone in my elo,but just some general tips that i believe everyone should have.

    • @SCYFEVAL
      @SCYFEVAL  Рік тому

      Great comment there are so many players like you mentioned who arent aware of basic and essential callouts.

    Me and my Duo started playing at the same time. We were hardstuck bronze for ages and I finally got to P1 a couple weeks ago. He’s still silver so I see a lot of mistakes he makes that I used to make too. Stop doing stuff like: Repeaking angles after you missed the first shots, rotating as soon as someone calls 1 player on a different site to you (could be a split push), stop holding the same angle the start of every round(enemies will prefire) obviously this is small but this video is amazing and what he says about think about your gameplay is crucial. If you die, don’t blame your team for not rotating or saying your aim is bad, replay what you did to get there first and learn from it. Great vid as always man

    I feel like it’s important to point out that sometimes you will be shafted, whether by you or the game itself. There was a case study titled “EOMM: An Engagement Optimized Matchmaking Framework.” In the article, they talk about how fun or fair matchmaking isn’t as engaging. Rather, massive win or loss streaks are favored, as it keeps you in the game longer. So, if you’re losing, it’s totally optimal to just stop for the sake of your mental and the off chance that Valorant implements this exact technique.

Dropped 30/17/9 in unrated, kept the same confidence dropped 38/19/? in comp. I've deranked but that hasn't tanked my confidence at all. Since i'm not trying to reach ascendant this act it doesnt affect my confidence at all. Keeping in mind everything I've learned from this video i've considered the enemies position more often than not. Are there any tips to stay on the same agent(s)

    • @SCYFEVAL
      @SCYFEVAL  Рік тому

      Honestly its hard to suggest anything since regardless youll get bored. Try mastering one role for example learning to play the smoke role properly. If Brim gets boring theres Astra, Harbor, Viper and Omen all to play and rotate.

    Hey man, I wish we could link up someday. I switched to Valo after 10 years spent with CS (12k h+, 7000 faceits,10lvl faceit for 6 years already xD etc. etc.), and as I play mostly with my one irl friend, who I carry, I just get tilted with these immortals. Im really dissatisfied with the ammount of impact i have on the game from the tactical side, as random players... well, do I need to write anything else?. You are very articulate and sound reasonable, and thats the kind of a player i wish I knew when I started playing not that long ago. I would advise similarly as I know all about CS,and I really want to mix my knowledge up with Pro valo players' knowledge, so I can appear useful to some people who are aspiring to achieve something (maybe you?), and achieve something myself as well. Hit me up man if ur up to smth like that. Im from poland btw

    I have a question, I know i'm not a god of val ecc, but, there was that game, I dropped 33, one of the game I played better in my life, we were cluching by 4-11, there were an instalock reyna and a sage without coms, they both did like 3-10, they had no clue how to play the game, I always talked to them nice, i tryed to give them advice, but they didn't listened to me. The last round 11-12 sage walls me off and I can't escape from the kj ult, so the enemys defuse and I couldn't move and stop them, we lost that game, i wasn't angry just disappointed, it was my fault that we lost that game? I literrally can't see what else i could do

    • @SCYFEVAL
      @SCYFEVAL  Рік тому +1

      Not necessarily your fault as sometimes you lose regardless of what you do. However having the mindset that youre at fault causes you to think of the mistakes you made as oppose to how bad your teammates were.
