News April 2023 / Tool Storage Unit, Sharpening System, 50k Subs

I'm starting a new project, to hold wooden planes and western saws, which will be the basis for some joinery tutorials in the near future. Plus my long awaited thoughts on the MPower SBS sharpening system. Oh, and did I mention we hit fifty thousand subscribers!

Mitch, could the problem be alleviated by running the iron perpendicular to to the lines? Of course the stroke would be shortened but it could be an answer to a knotty problem.

TBH the swirls are pretty random and close together, which makes it tricky to avoid passing over them whichever way you go. It's not impossible to use them for small cutters or profiled cutters, but it takes much more concentration to avoid dulling the edge.
