      He can thank Bald and Bankrupt for a lot of his subs I'd say...
      That's why I'm following.
      Watching him in his travels he seems so easy going, not stressing ect.
      I like him with Benny a lot more than Harold..
      Harold comes across quite abrasive to people sometimes and i find this quite distasteful that much I've turned off some episodes of BB.

    Just subscribed after watching you off of Bald’s UA-cam channel. Appreciate the transparency in sharing how you make a living… before video blogging became a thing I lived in Korea for a couple of years and blogged… lol, I never made enough money to even cash out, but I had a lot of fun doing it.
    Earning multiple income streams while travelling abroad is super interesting… and don’t quite fit in today’s societal models, especially when it comes to income tax… that could be a whole podcast/vlog post in itself.

Not 100% sure which business I'll end up starting with, but not really worried either; I've failed enough at home to know roughly where to start. Very transparent and concise. If I had one question it would have to be... how do you manage multiple income streams while traveling? I mean, do you register all your businesses in the US, do you get double taxed in Ukraine and the US if you buy 2 rental units there, do you set up multiple businesses or keep all your income streams under the same umbrella? That's the thing that always puzzled me. I know it can be very different depending on where you're from, but a bit of insight wouldn't hurt even if it would be a specific example based on your situation.

      Only one: my 40 hour/week job. To be honest: some of your income streams look like they are 40 h/week jobs already ^^ You must have invested a lot of time in getting some of those rolling.
      This video is super inspiring. Some of those income streams look like something one could invest some free time in and generate some side income. I really like that diversifying you do. Even if one goes completely bust, you're not in trouble whatsoever.

    • @JohnnyFD
      @JohnnyFD  3 роки тому +2

      @@hardanheavy The thing about building a passive income stream is front loading our time, so yes, a lot of those streams took 40 hours a week to build, create, etc, but the good news is that 2 months of work turn into a passive income stream that lasts for years with minimal maintenance afterwards.

    I’ve been a huge fan of your content ever since i stumbled on it . I even have recommended your channel to new subscribers ! I had a stroke in 2018 now left me permanently disabled. I wish to go out and work, but physically can’t. I love your hands off strategy using a laptop. I was given a laptop as a christmas gift, and hope to use it for work like you have. Where do I go to write articles and get paid for it? And where do I go to do affiliate marketing? Any advice you give is greatly appreciated. As this is now my only hope of earning an income. Thank you for the inspiration!🙏

    When you mentioned property my first thought was that will take up a lot of time, as property management & maintenance etc takes up time, so you have to be on call or at least live nearby. If you use a manager then usually they charge high fees but at least you have less worries as long as they are a good manager and take proper care of the property.

      He uses Real estate investment services. So he never has to worry about any of that. Basically they are services where you invest money through their site and/or app, and the service does the rest for a small fee. This way, you never have to hassle with anything, and don't typically ever even own a full property because the majority of these services function essentially as pools. It's sort of like buying "shares" like you would stocks, but more so like Robinhood where you can buy slices of shares, except it's shares of property instead of a company.

    Thanks for the video and the advice, Johnny. Good timing too as I had just started reading about crypto currency trading. I definitely want to diversify (as we should never rely on one source say like Amazon Affiliates in my case. If you have some suggestions that would be nice.

      I'm glad you took note of that advice Marty! PS. Unless you live somewhere 100% tax free, crypto trading is a nightmare for accounting. My friend just went through it and regretted it.

You had missed checking out our array of short eats served for. tea, a ritual I greatly miss living in the US ! Stop and have tea, is like stop and smell the tea and choice of eats that come with it or even with a single savory fish bun!! It just revives the day!!! 😊 We could hook you up next time you go! 😉😊
