not always my guy, advertising is literally design to show you the best possible version of any product, often times not a accurate representation of what your getting. Rule of thumb is the final product is always gonna be at least slightly worse than the ad would suggest.@@juliusdv6657
Don't Nod has such a wide range of different games in different genres, i enjoyed playing all their releases for different reasons, Vampyr especially is such a underrated gem.

I absolutely didnt know about the core system of feeding essence from the living to Antea to level up. Immediately reminded me of Vampyr, a game I adored because of this mechanic. Wow!

The narrator is extremely talented. I usually dislike trailers where there is so much exposition, but she is the only one I’ve heard who can make it work. I watched the previous trailer she was on like 10 times because of her. Also, I’m excited for the game and I hope it does well

Getting Folklore vibes from this. Wasn't on my radar at all but this looks really neat.
Still trying to figure out if I'm getting this one. The last couple of things they've shown, including this, have been impressive though.

Don't Nod are probably the most creative studio in gaming. Each of their games are so different from each other, but all so innovative!
kept hearing the words "Perfectly Timed" and "Block and Parry". I hone the window is not so narrow that it's almost imposable, like some games recently. But looks nice.

I know everyone thinks 2023 was a great year for games, but man 2024 is gonna be so much better. We just entered the second month and we have already so much great game to play. This month and the next one is gonna bring goty contenders for us.

Well I am exited for the game, I do have one small nitpick. That reload animation is cursed, far more then any ghost or ghoul you’ll fight in the game. He shoves a cartridge in the barrel which is fine, it’s a muzzle loaded flintlock musket after all, but afterwards he pumps it like a shotgun which just seems wrong in so many ways. I get it’s to speed up combat, but was there really no alternative?
Industry needs more voice actors. Right, Diana Burnwood?
I like choice based games even when they have the same ending. But I admire one that changes the ending.

I like how they make basic features seem like novel and new gameplay mechanics
I like how they call the combat "spectacular" while I'm watching average, repetitive combat shown in the game. I mean, the Xbox game Ninja Gaiden had spectacular combat 20 years ago, and games today can't seem to even get close to touching that bar.
