Love hearing that Grubb is crazy prepared. From all the interviews of Grubb I have a funny feeling our offense is gonna be on another level. This will be an interesting season and I’m proud to be a hawks fan taking this all in.

Coach Mac has a lot of intellectual capital and seems to be a great motivator. A bit of shy charisma and humble. I really think this team is going to suprise a lot people when they make some noise early!
Striving for perfection is the only way to be if you want to be successful I can tell Mike is doing that , can't wait to see the rise of the Seahawks once again, go Hawks 😎
I just realized how similar is John and Mike's sense of humor is. That opening statement is exactly what John would have said, either that or John is rubbing off on him. Either way, it's good to see him open up. The way he talks about reps, in powerlifting/body build we call that junk volume. Every rep needs to be intense and in focus, otherwise it's just wasting time. Looking forward to this season for sure!

I'd love to ask Brock and Salk what it feels like A interviewing a new coach but B how it feels interviewing a coach that is younger than they are. It's gotta be a really different dynamic
I love Pete, but it was time. One thing i loved about Holmgren was his interviews. I would come off feeling like I have a deeper understanding of how things work. He was a true teacher. I'm feeling that way again with the new Mike.
All these comments about how comfortable Coach looked, but it looked to me like he couldn’t name rookie players that were doing well when he was out on the spot. In fact, he didn’t look comfortable at all in my opinion. I’m not saying that he’s going to be a bad coach, but I get a deer in the headlights feeling from quite a bit of this interview. I hope he’s doing well mentally.
You worry too much. This guy is extremely confident in his methods. He’s not the most comfortable in the spotlight interviewing. He knows what he wants to get done on the field scheme wise and it will happen. He’s a straight shooter…. Enjoy it.

Next time you have him on, can you let him know he says the word "Okay?" wayyyyy too often after every sentence while talking to the players? Totally ruin his motivational speeches haha
