I tried looking for the late 13inch MacBook pro cable but most I were seeing were compatible for other models. for the one you linked to, is that compatible for the 2011 13inch MacBook pro? This video is amazing!! Thank you!
Hi I am planning to upgrade my 15 inch late 2011 MBP replacing the existing HDD with SSD (SATA III) and I am also thinking of replacing my cable while i am at it. Now my question is do I need to get the cable for a late 2011 MBP ( which is the one i have) or get the one for mid 2012MBP? I was going to initially get the one for my model but I heard that the mid 2012 cable works better with the ssd and now I am confused.
I like the combo videos. Having a host with a technical person do the work is a welcome surprise. Thank you for sharing.
Marvelous. Thank you
Thanks this video helped me a lot! Finally have my hard drive running at full speed again! ✌🏽
Thank you for this most excellent tutorial. I very much appreciate it.
On the 2010 13" there's no need to remove the battery.
Amazing helpful, thanks guys!

Has anyone actually compared the 17in, 15in, and the 13in SATA/Sleep light/IR receiver cable assembly? Are they different in length?
