This guy really understands a golf swing
The best way for good, reasonably athletic/strong golfers to learn /feel how the right side works, is to swing a wedge right arm only,then progress to sponge balls!To consistently and athletically do this,i have found after 6 years of blood sweat and tears! is to load and fire the pelvis to control power and sequence the golf swing. Obviously the pelvis links to the legs/hips /glutes/obliques etc but its the Key for me!Yes i use ground pressure! as much in anticipation of loading the pelvis as helping.It gives me the best most natural sequencing and for once im wider through the ball than my backswing.Im sure i will lower my 3hcp this year.Ive only posted this comment to remind me in the future if i stray or dive down another rabbit hole!
