I went to 4-5 different stops leaving Haneda and then came back with welcome suica card loaded up with 5000 yen. I did buy pokemon cards and some eatables randomly. Once back my balance was still 1600 yen which i later used to eat Ramen at a shop inside the terminal. Google maps works like a charm. Really self explanatory and easy to use.
Hi Shubhi, First your video was really good. I will have a layover @ Haneda Airport as well while traveling to the USA. I have a USA tourist VISA, Please tell me how did you cross Japan immigration? You mentioned some app in the video...can you please provide more info to how to exit the airport without a Japan transit VISA? Thanks.
Hi, thank you so much! :) So I have a US Citizenship, so I don't require a visa to enter the country (I'd check if your country is visa exempt) While going through immigration, we had to scan a QR code and fill in our details here: www.vjw.digital.go.jp/main/#/vjwplo001 I also noticed the website has a chat option that maybe you could try out! All the best and have a wonderful time in Japan :D
@@shubhigautam Baba - you need to be a citizen of the 4 dozen or so Japan visa waiver countries. This includes the US and the ritz countries... if you're from India - still need visa you do Baba.

What app did you have to go on and why did you not need a visa? I’m planning a trip soon and will have a layover in Tokyo.

Did you keep your luggage with you?
Since it was a layover, we didn't have to worry about our bags. But I'm sure there's a spot in the airport where you can keep your luggage for a fee!

Yessssir I am! There was a bit of a line actually - we were probably waiting for 45mins-1hour. But still had more than enough time to roam around :)
