Flowers in the dirt" represents a return to the Beatles. The sonorities of the songs, Paul's decision to play the Hoffner bass again and to play many Beatles songs on the tour ( I was lucky to see a concert) make this one the best Paul's album.
I actually went to his concert in Seattle. It was fantastic! I got off work, and drove from Spokane Washington to Seattle to see his concert. Then drove all night, and got back just in time for work the next morning. Thank God I was 18 at the time. No way could I do that now! It was well worth a night without sleep. It’s also the only concert I’ve ever been to. Kids, and muscular dystrophy to care if my financial ability to go to another of his concerts.

Damon Blevins it’s not his voice. It’s slowed down because during NTSC - PAL conversion there is a natural gradual slowing down that is effected during conversion. This has happened in many instances with Beatles related video over the years. See the Beatles film “A Hard Days Night” or the original John Lennon “Imagine” film (1972).

That tour I saw him in LA, London and Dallas total of 8 shows.
Foxborough stadium Massachusetts 1990 he played 2 shows I was at both of them .
1989 "Trippping the Live Fantastic" tour after the release of Flowers in the Dirt...saw the show at SkyDome in Toronto!
