The reaction when the husband had tears of joy was so PURE to watch. It melted my heart and i had tears too. I wish everyone who is trying to get pregnant a very very happy, beautiful and healthy journey to parenthood.
We got our first miracle BFP after 126 cycles of trying - almost 10 years. I was scared to do a p test this morning bc I had seen BFNs over the years. i told myself I wasn’t going to test until I got to 18 dpo with high temps. I got my first BFP this morning, and was in shock. I had so many things stacked against me (40 & history of endo, hypothyroidism, hashimotos & diminished ovarian reserve). Miracles do happen, and they can happen to you, dpo.

I know I'm super late to this video, but I actually had a positive pregnancy test at 3 weeks 2 days pregnant only 10 days past my positive ovulation test! I must say, the sooner you test positive, the longer that first trimester feels😅
Congrats to you mama! And that is SO TRUE lol. Like finding out you are a WHIFF pregnant at 3 weeks sureeee makes for a long first trimester (as opposed to realizing you are late at 5-6ish weeks!)

I meet my doc next week but I'm fretting! I have zero symptoms am I pregnant? Is it OK to have absolutely no symptoms and be pregnant 9 days post period date...?

Dollar tree tests work so well!! I tested positive 2 weeks after conception! Don’t waste money on the expensive ones. Especially if you want to repeat testing

I just turned 36 in Jan and my partner has a spinal injury that makes things a bit more difficult. When I was a teen, I had enlarged ovarian cysts and was told it might make fertility more challenging. I just feel like we're both working with half a deck and maybe it's just not in the cards for me 😔 but I am so excited for you guys and I'm very happy you had your baby girl!!! ❤ I wish yalls family loads of love and may Jesus continue to bless you 🙏

5 cycles is not a long time. For us it was 126 cycles - almost 10 years - for our first BFP. Chances are your timing will be quicker as most are than us 🤣
I actually teared twice while watching this - first when Sarah described her tww experiences (I so felt this, been ttc for 6 cycles now), and second when your test was positive 💕 congratulations! And thank you for your videos - they are so informative.

I had a miscarriage too. No one talks about how traumatic it is. I actually ended up in the hospital because I lost too much blood and had to have a d&c and blood transfusion. We’re trying again now and these videos are helpful.

The TWW is horrible. I’m advanced age and on a 37 day average cycle, it’s difficult to know about dates. Having dreams, and things that just seem coincidental but it all makes sense! Hoping for a positive test in the next week.

I’ve had two miscarriages back to back. Found out I’ve got a bad right tube and doctor was able to get my left to a useable condition..praying and keeping faith that I’m pregnant and will miss my 10/3 period

I got my first positive test 10 days DPO in my first month of trying, but that pregnancy ended up being an early miscarriage at week 9. Sigh. After I felt ready again, we tried for four months and I got another positive test 8 days DPO! It was very faint but I saw the line after 3 mins and then it got fainter but still there. Then 9 days DPO the test became much more prominent. I continue tested everyday after that because I wanted to see the line get darker and darker. The last time I tested was 4days ago, three weeks DPO with the clear blue to see if my hcg level was high enough to show as 3weeks+, and it did! So now I am at 5 weeks + pregnant and fingers crossed for the best!

My husband and I have just decided to take the leap again after 9 years since we had our twins. We are both so excited about the prospect, but honestly I'm a little nervous because of how long it's been ( I'm going to be 33 and he will be 40 later this year). I really appreciate your content, it's very informative and fun to watch so it helps with some of the anxieties I'm dealing with.
I feel you on this anxiety, 11 years together I’m about to turn 38, and we want to finally try for our first baby. So much anxiety, specially when my doctor looked at me like I was crazy for even thinking of trying. Uggg. Such a kick in to the heart.

I just cried watching the end of this video. I’m so happy for you. Watching this video gives me hope that we could get lucky on month 3 or 4. We’re on our second month trying and can totally relate to the torture of the 2 week wait. Based on your result, I guess 12 days post ovulation is the best time to test? I’ve wasted so much money testing too early for both ovulation and pregnancy. I’m turning 36 in 2 months and have done the tests to check our eggs and swimmers.

Thank you for being so transparent. I have 4 healthy babies but this year had an ectopic that ended in emergency surgery losing a tube followed by an MC at 15w losing our baby girl. We have chosen to try for our rainbow and it’s been so hard. I know all the things having gone through pregnancy 4 times! So I felt so ridiculous googling when the earliest I can test is and what are the earliest symptoms are. So listening to an actual OBGYN doing the same thing made me feel so much less crazy! Thank you! Also your intro is ridiculously adorable!

@@GodisGoals thanks so much! I looked for a specialist (high-risk pregnancy OBGYN) who took me seriously and she put me through tests and put my on anti clotting shots and progesterone, based on my MC history. I highly recommend looking for a high-risk OBGYN.
Thanks for replying, just started seeing a high risk DR and was put in baby aspirin and progesterone. Hopefully I get a positive soon after 4 losses

Thank you for being so honest about the two week wait craziness!!! So comforting to know, that it happens to professionals as well! By the way I think it’s adorable the way you guys always look at each other for support / confirmation . Makes it feel more like a conversation than a „lecture“. My husband and I have been trying to conceive since January - and as you say it’s perfectly normal but somehow three months suddenly make you feel like it will never happen. So far we just went by the fertility window. Now we’re going to try the bbt & ovulation strips to try and optimise the whole progress. But that makes everything feel a little clinical which is what we were trying to avoid. Loved seeing your reactions to the pregnancy test!!! „This is not a Drill“ was hilarious!! Congratulations to you both :)))
We are happy to share! Hoping it helps other couples feel a little less crazy about the whole thing. The whole TTC journey is quite a rolller-coaster so hang in there. Definitely understand it feeling a little "clinical" with the transition to OPKs and BBT tracking--and agree. It takes the fun out of it quite a bit and makes it feel like work. But, that is balanced with feeling like you have a little more information or control. Thanks for being here and following along on our journey!! I know this is an old video but congratulations 🎉!! I’m so happy I found this channel. My husband and I are on our 3rd month of ttc-ing for baby #2. I was using the mirena for bc for almost 4 years. It was finally removed through a hysteroscopy Dec 1 2020 and I’m still not pregnant. Of course I’ve been overreacting which isn’t helping anything. But for some reason your channel is giving me so much hope. Thank you both!!

I'm in my two week wait, cycle 4 (we skipped August due to some family emergency issues) and it's brutal. I decided that I wanted a baby after I hit 31 and that happened while I’ve been away from my partner. So I’m here waiting for him to come home so we can start trying lol. He leaves again in January so I’ve just been here googling and YouTubing everything to take advantage of the 2 months he’ll be here. My journey is very confusing because my menstrual symptoms are exactly like pregnancy so I wouldn’t know if what my body feel like is new or just the usual shenanigans my body takes me through. I think Al just go about my life and not worry about it

The wondfo’s detected my pregnancy the night of day 9 after ovulation, they are definitely the way to go. Cant believe that was 5 years ago.

Used one these wandfo a few days ago, and got a definite faint line positive (confirmed as well with a cheapo walmart equate test). 2 days later, and line is still faint. Is this normal? Might be 4 weeks now, if that.

Starting about two weeks ago, I was peeing way more than usual and sooo fatigued. I thought that I could be pregnant.... Then I got my period on Tuesday. I was so emotionally distraught. 🥺😔 We only just started trying in October, but I didn't realize how much of an emotional rollercoaster this journey would be...especially during the two week wait.

You guys are soooo great! thanks for explaining the timeline of the egg being released and what really happens at this stage. And the fact that the production of HCG doesnt start earlier than over a week after ovulation!!! So there is really no point in testing 1 day post ovulation xD. And thanks for confirming that the two week wait is a very crazy period. Bless the husband - he's reaction was priceless!!! I am in that two-week wait now and defo have tested too many times for no good reason hahaahahaha
Just have to say, we see a lot online of people having symptoms before their period is due and testing positive before as well, but that’s really not normal. The body really can’t know it’s even pregnant until implantation, which is typically around when your period is due. Just have to say all this because it sucks to get hopes up when it’s just pre menstrual symptoms. If you’re pregnant, the hormones will continue to rise, and if not, they will plummet and your period will start.
