Did you say cold water causes dryness and inflammation? Where in the world did you get that info from? No Way! Not a true statement! AND that much cleanser is not only wasteful but could leave residue that's harder to rinse out thus leaving a film and potentially clogging pores. You do not need "half dollar" sized amount. I'm a medical aesthetician as well so I know what I'm talking about.
Maybe she learned from a brand rep, it does seem crazy. I'm trying to find my perfect cleanser ( rip aubrey organics blue green algae 😕) and the good ones are expensive, no way I will be use 2 teaspoons at a time when I find it.
You tell em girl. My thoughts exactly if anything cold water is best for skin. It hydrates and makes your skin glow. Hot or warm water can dry out your skin and damage it
No that's not true. Cold water can close your skin pores thus it becomes hard for you thoroughly cleanse your skin (Clogged pores can lead to acne and pimples because of the oil and bacteria trapped inside it). We don't need hot water to clean our face though. Use lukewarm water,it's not too hot or too cold. Are you sure you are a aesthetician? Sorry i didn't mean to be rude but even teenagers know that much. Please make sure your information is correct before you spread it. It can cause unnecessary mistakes.
@@bris5172 I pefer you using only ur hands because it's more safe. We don't know what chemicals they put in the cottons so you better be using your hands. Don't use any sponges, loofah sponges or face scrub brushes either. It can irritate you skin and cause rashes, inflammations and redness. Wash your hands first because you touch many things before. Better use a gentle and mild cleanser, one with no sls and paraben, with no fragrance and no foam. You can get it at an affordable price. Check the ingredients, reviews and testimonies before buying it. Thank you. Have a good day😉
Thank you for the information. Not very practical to wash the face as indicated; who has the time? But, does bring some consciousness to the subject. Will try my best.
It depends. You can. But there is also something called dry cleansing where you rub in until it’s very very tacky then wet you’re hands and rub with water
getting breakouts on your cheeks can be caused by laying on or touching dirty surfaces like pillows or your phone screen. :) try routinely cleaning your phone and not touching your face without washing your hands before. sometimes breakouts are also completely normal and something you have to get professional advice for!
Thank you. I used your method and my skin is feeling the cleanest that it has ever been. Your amazing!
