- The Hanhwa 63 Building has the world's highest art gallery, called the Sky Art Gallery. The gallery itself is also an observatory point on the 63rd floor of the building with amazing views of Seoul from its location on Yeouido (Yeoui island) along the Han River.
At the time of filming this video, the Sky Art Gallery was having an exhibition about The Beatles through lots of great photographs. I chose not to show any video of the photographs because I wanted this video to be about the view of Seoul, not about the art gallery and its exhibition.
This is a great alternative to the Namsan Tower (N. Seoul Tower)! I highly recommend checking it out!

When I was stationed there from Jan 2k9-2k12. I always hated the traffic.
Man i always wanted to go up there but every time i went it was always closed. That place closes early. Thanks for the view.

I was wondering about those housing buildings....the uniform ones if you know what I mean. Are those apartments that people rent or are they like subsidized housing like many projects here in the US? I was always curious about those in Korea.
