40:30 lovely hearing Liz Diller talk but I actually disagree with this. It’s great for Diller, Scofidio and Renfro to make landmark buildings but most other architects need to work with flexibility in mind (for functions that have not yet been invented) while allowing the architecture to be rich rather than banal.
