I would not recommend this product to anyone. PRIMARILY because they fail on delivery and bad business practice. As for the tech, still no one has really received it so who knows if its even good.
I'm one of the few lucky backers who got the 1080p version through Indiegogo. It's awesome as a portable monitor but it's clearly still on the prototype level. Discovered issues so far: The internal menus are obviously the generic ones from the display controller example code. The EDID monitor name is "TAIHE Gemini" but the reported connection type is "DO NOT USE" instead of "HDMI". The backlight is fairly dim even at maximum brightness (enabling HDR thankfully gets it a little bit brighter but disables the brightness controls). The touch panel sometimes stops working until you unplug and plug it back in. If you plug a phone directly to the Type-C port with the included cable it becomes confused when the phone ramps down the charge at 90% and gets stuck in a reset loop. USB-PD isn't functional at all, opening it up and tracing out the connector reveals the data pins aren't even connected (I'm currently designing a QC2.0 trigger for 12V). The included charger is a bundle of straight evil with permanent 12V on a Type-C connector, I've had to label it up so that I won't accidentally connect it to anything else. The battery indicator LEDs aren't mounted properly and flickers on and off at random intervals now that I've traveled around with it for a few months. The battery indicator LEDs seem to represent 50%, 25%, 10% and 5% respectively, if you see the second to last LED go out it's time to reach for the charger immediately. The battery indicator LEDs are all blue, since there aren't any actual light guides in the holes it's near impossible to tell which is which unless you're looking straight at them. The rear stand just lands on a straight metal edge, which probably looks good to some but it's about as stationary as a curling stone. All of the above should be fixed on a finished product. Just get an equivalent screen from someone like ASUS or AOC instead. It's what I'm going to do when this inevitably bites the dust in the next year or so because of the questionable solder quality (judging by the LEDs I have somewhere between a week and a year until it's dead, depending on what gives out first).

Nothing is ever enough! We always want more!!
@@MaddDxD well. me - bored, me - been bored since the 2080 ti. its been so long since something decent.
Resolving power is often used to describe resolution for light & electron microscopes as well.
I have a PC with a built in 15" screen salvaged from a dead notebook.
To have to use only 1 power plug is a nice thing to have but zip-ties might not be the securest mounting method. :D
We used that one as a server on our last LAN Party.
You forgot the 3rd disadvantage of carrying a PC Monitor with you -
Having to use Flex Tape.

Buyer beware!
The seller of this product has failed on delivering to their backers on Kickstarter. And they have been poor at communicating out an progress or updates. I would not recommend this product to anyone. PRIMARILY because they fail on delivery and bad business practice. As for the tech, still no one has really received it so who knows if its even good.
realy!
I'm one of the few lucky backers who got the 1080p version through Indiegogo. It's awesome as a portable monitor but it's clearly still on the prototype level.
Discovered issues so far:
The internal menus are obviously the generic ones from the display controller example code.
Bought my 15.6 inch touchscreen monitor about 8,700 Phil. Pesos or about 180USD. Great buy for my child's online class. He's in kinder and is really having a hard time writing using mouse.
You two are a pretty decent team.
I got 2 monitors, one for my work and one for my games
I don't do that illegal crap anymore don't worry
