Hi Beth,
I suffer with anxiety and use rescue remedy, I have found that if there is an event such as flying which you know is going to make you anxious start having it like 3 days before the event to get it in your system. Doing that is the only way I managed to do my driving lessons and test. Hope that helps x
Hey Madison!! Oh wow I didn’t know that thank you so much! I’ve only ever recently heard of it but that makes so much sense about getting it into your system, I will definitely do that when I next go on holiday! Have you tried anything else except remedy rescue that seems to help? Xx
@@bethgallery1140 Unfortunately I have not tried anything else. Incase you are thinking about trying the other rescue remedy types, I have tried the liquid melts, pastilles and the dropper and I have found the dropper to be the best. If you do find anything else that helps please mention it in a video as I’d be keen to try others xx
Hi Beth, it is cold here in Wisconsin, U.S.A, but I always thought Spain was a warm country. Surprised to see people in coats. Also, hotels, you pay good money to hear other peoples noise🥳thanks for showing your trip🙂

"Wind Burn" is still burning from the sun! It's just that one doesn't notice the heat on the face coz of the wind chill - I live on a Mediterranean island Italy & many a fair-faced tourist is to be seen in the pharmacy after a day in the open air seeking something to ease the burns (too late); Beth you may have met with poor weather in Spain but rememember that the sun in Britain, (when it comes out) NEVER radiates heat directly from overhead but slanted, so is less powerful🌤️
Ahhhh that makes so much sense 😂😅 I bet it’s so lovely living somewhere that gets the sun often! Do you love it or does it get too much sometimes? Xx
@@bethgallery1140 hi Beth, Well here in Italy i live on a small island so i've got the sea to cool me in Summertime - the heat of the cities would not be pleasant at all 4 me
And of course geographically Italy is very varied, in the sense that a person could be living in the Alps pratically in Switzerland or in Siciliy pratically in Tunisia, with their relative climates
I've a dream to visit Spain - the Pyrenees Mountains up North plus those historical cities like Seville - from ur videos of Spain I see places similar to seaside resorts in Italy

Hey Katie! Yeah hire a car means renting a car to drive! I always forget our slang terminology is different! Yeah I would definitely go back I feel like there is so much more to see/do it’s just such a shame we couldn’t really do much!! Xxx
My temperature regulation goes crazy before my period as well. I think it's something to do with the rise in hormones. Love the jacket! Do you get any of the tingling head symptoms from midodrine? I used to take midodrine 3 times a day, but it left me feeling super fatigued so I came off it. It would be interesting to see how I'd be if I took it like you, as needed, I didn't even know that was an option. I might ask my doctor what they think xx
Yeah I think you are right!! Being a girl is super annoying isn’t it haha!! 😓 there have been a couple of occasions where it’s made me feel like that but honestly not a lot at all! I was first prescribed this before I was even diagnosed! He highly suspected I had POTS but my doctor just basically explained it as a ‘pill in a pocket’, and when you know you are going to have busy days, or are feeling a little run down to take one as needed up to 3 times a day, however he told me to not take it unless needed for example if I was going to be sat down/led down pretty much all day to not take it. Hope that makes sense!! Xxx
@@bethgallery1140 that's interesting. I just looked at my prescription history and it said I was taking 5mg 4x a day. Unless that dose was just too much for me. It's a shame that so many of the POTS meds come with side effects😬
