I hope you are all ok.
I have missed you!! I cannot apologise enough for being so absent recently with no updates. I know today's video won't be the news you would have hope for as I haven't explained anything but when I do, it will all become clear why I have been so absent.
I am obviously still very unwell, and I have a longggggggggggggg way to go, but I am hoping to update you more regular and also post the explanation videos as soon as possible.
Thank you so much for all the well wishes from everybody, it means the absolute world. These past few months have been the hardest time I've ever had to go through, and trying to stay positive sometimes can be tough, but well wishes from you guys really does give me motivation.
I hope you have all been keeping well, catch up very soon.

** As far as an update on the outside world, I finally received Disability after 21 months of fighting for it (I live in America) in September!! Which has been such a blessing! I am now able to plan a wedding for me and my Fiance'. Just a small ceremony and reception type of thing!

Well here in 🇮🇹 Italy in the Real World it's still warm enough for swimming - pumpkin pie On The Beach🤣; the 1st November is Bank Holiday (All Saints') & the 2nd is the Celebration of the Deceased so folk take advantage of the long weekend to visit their Loved Ones at the cementaries where they are resting, often this means travelling to one's home town - consequently the Holy Grounds r beautifully full of flowers at this moment; Oh yes & I'm going by 🚌 coach with my "Fellow-Villagers" for a tour of southern Italy for a whole 6 days - can't wait, I'm more excited than a kid waiting 4 her School Outing lol😀
I wish it was warm here!! The weather has gone so cold and it’s dark super early!! 🥶 ahhh that sounds amazing!! I’m guessing it’s been and gone now, how was it?! Xxx

I'm so sorry you're going through this Beth. Take as much time as you need to rest. I bet James is missing you deeply. They'll come up with a solution, one day at a time. I know it takes the patience of a saint to wait for answers from the doctors. The biggest change in my life is that I've just found out I'm pregnant🥰 It's actually helped my pots which I didn't expect!

I’ve heard some crazy stories about people’s Gastroparesis & pots improving so much when pregnant!! Fingers crossed it stays that way for you! 🤞 xxx
@@bethgallery1140 Thank you😁 I'm 6 weeks now. My pots has mostly improved, probably due to the increased blood flow. My stomachs been worse, but I don't know if that's my sibo or the pregnancy xx
Been thinking of u loads beautiful, been worried about u..got to say it was lovely to see Yr beautiful face.
I have been in hospital and finally had my total colectomy, unfortunately my peg-j couldn't be done and I'm yet yo find out why but they have put a new nj tube in because dehydration with an ileostomy is hard work and my PoTS has been dreadful, when I was in on 3lt of fluid a day I had great BP and ok hr but now that's all gone I can't even get to the toilet with help.....

So sorry you been so sick and you been in hospital. Hope you get things sorted and get better (or at least baseline) you have definitely lost a lot of weight.

Lovely seeing you again, long hospital stays really mess with you, I hope you stabilise soon and get used to the new normal. In different news, I got engaged and now am in the thick of wedding planning which is so fun, although the GP is choosing pretty inconsiderate times to flare (more due to potassium dropping) so hoping I can go back to being fairly stable soon and specially before the wedding. Sending you good healing vibes ❤

Beth u know your one of my favourite people. I am so glad they have hopefully finally found an answer to all this. I am sending heaps of love to u & I’m so happy your able to do a video as we have missed them. Keep fighting girl u got this. Update on me I’m awaiting a PEGJ placement & other things been told I may need a stoma for my bowel issues which if I’m honest I’d rather do without esp having a PEGJ too but if it’s gonna give be better quality of life I will try & get my head round the idea but won’t know for sure til end of November when I see general surgery colorectal dr. But enough about me. Sending hugs to u & the family xx

@@bethgallery1140 They are gonna fit my PEGJ in the new year as I am going away for my birthday & wouldn’t be healed in time unless I got it done by 14th November but as it’s a stay in hospital there is no beds available as it’s flu season & covid along with low staff as well it is not likely especially with it being a week away. I lost my tube last week again so had a replacement yesterday so defo won’t get my PEGJ placed before new year now which I am ok with as it gives me more time to get used to idea. My colorectal appt was cancelled on nov 1st so it’s now on nov 30th so still don’t know about what they gonna do about the other stuff going on yet. I will keep u posted though. Hope your doing better now your on tpn & have a better plan in place as always I send my love to u hope u get home soon xx
