[ASMR] Full Moon in Cancer Breathwork

Meditating during a full moon is a personal preference for some, as they believe the increased brightness and energy during this lunar phase can enhance the meditation experience. It’s often associated with spiritual practices and the idea that the full moon has a powerful and positive influence on the mind and body.
Tonights full moon is in Cancer. The Cancer Full Moon may shed light on your defense patterns and illuminate areas you may be using emotional armor. Perhaps it once protected you and you needed it, maybe you still do.
Tune into what you need in this moment and allow yourself to feel these emotions safely as they flow through you.

Grabem is a Cancer and I never tire of saying that. I shared it but I imagine he follows you already. I miss breakfast with Satiated lol. You kept me healthy btw. I stopped drinking smoothies every day when we stopped hanging out. I'm still watching but not participating. Lol I'm not watching like a creep lol.
