I got a English Bulldog when he was just a pup. And when I saw him I automatically named him "Spike". Cuz he reminded me of Tom and Jerry
English bulldogs are awesome. Keep them exercised and trim and you'll get many years of joy from them. They are definitely people dogs

These dogs are amazing. I own 2 currently. I also own a dog kennel and in my experience I have never meet a breed with more personality than the English Bulldog.

I adore the English bulldog. We have a five yr old bull bitch. She’s sweet, sensitive and beautiful. She carries none of the health issues you mentioned. However, early on I noticed she may developing hind hip problems. The Vet prescribed Dasuquin as a daily supplement and problem solved.
Everything is very true in this video besides the brave part.....tough but babies! Also, if you take the on more than one walk, be ready to carry them.

Ive had my english bulldog since he was 7 weeks old, hes now 4 years old
We recently adopted a Old English Bulldog/German Shepherd Dog (GSD) mix puppy. He seems to take on more of the Bulldog characteristics, does any Bulldog owners have any additional training advice? My biggest issues I have with him are chewing on fingers and clothing, as well as going potty in the house despite taking him out multiple times a day. Any ideas or past experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Any time you catch him peeing in the house ect kick him in his ass! He will fall out of that soon.

Hi, as with any breed, the most important aspect is socialization. If they have been well socialized as a puppy, they should get along with cats fine. If not, they still may get on with them, but it will take a longer introduction period and they will need further positive reinforcement based education. Some Bulldogs can be territorial, however. It really will depend on the individual. Just make sure they are well supervised and they are introduced properly. This article can provide some help to do this:

penney7 shenanigans they can mate naturally. The mother can not birth them naturally because of the shape of their skull. The mother can’t pass it with the narrow hips. So, that’s why they need a c section. The breeder has to feed r dry 2 hours, make sure they are going to the bathroom, hope none are sick, basically for 3 weeks the breeder is with the puppies caring for them as the mother. Some can feed the puppies, others can’t or their milk is not in. It’s more to it then what you said. I own 3 bulldogs. I know what is involved with the breed. One of my good friends is a breeder.
