The Black Otter in Hortonville has been around for decades. A family owned business, and an interesting reputation for huge portions and quality foods.
I enjoy the channel and love Black Otter, but... though it's listed in the video description, I found it odd that in almost six minutes of video the village, "Hortonville," isn't mentioned at all.
