You can do three things to get rid of shin Pain 1) Coconut oil se niche uppar ki aur massage karo 2) Calves ki exercise karo 3) Vajrasana ka posture mai betho 15-20 sec phir knee pai khade ho then again vajrasana position. 4) Apply an ice pack to the area for 20 minutes. All the best👍
