Hey Bo!! I love all of the Fishing Planet videos. I’m currently level 31 and I’m at St Croix and I love catching the pike. Sometimes I even go back and watch some of the first beginner series videos just because I love them so much!!
After some testing Thora 9'6", hornetswarm 4000, Braided 009 with a 3/4 #3/0 casting spoons work fine for me, all accessible at level 30 or before. Once gets to level 31, I switched the lure out to jerkbait 1 1/2 #6/0 which work better, attract fish faster, bigger fish. (also don't forget that titanium leader, using 18.7lbs one)
If you have a 20+pound bait caster setup you should grab the medium red tiger spoon and go to the place bo’s fishing and just start carrying anywhere and you’ll most likely catch them almost every cast
The red spoon always turns off for me on the cloudy days, usually I'll switch to the silver or shiny silver 6 ft. crankbait on cloudy days. On sunny days I'll use the chartreuse spoon and on partly cloudy days the red spoon hits pretty consistently.
little late but frog works good for me as a lure for pike, can get by the lily pads and most of the time you actually catch uniques through the lily pads
hey @BZHub before i watched you video i was like level 11 now i am level 24 and im at everglade with a decent setup. I just wanted to thank you for all the tutorials! #Respect
Hey, I know this is a old thread but I'm at the exact spot, with a match rod with large minnows and I caught two trophy clear muskies, and it took me awhile, and then the bottom rods started ringing, I filled up my keepnet of 551lbs , quick good looking out 😂
I hooked a 9lb Pike earlier tonight and it ran me out 500ft... Meanwhile catching trophy's that don't even get close to 200ft... The logic sometimes is just mind blowing lol
This game has very realistic stamina physics so not every singular fish of the same species will take you out the same also even of the same species in this game the fish have different aggression so not every fish of the same species will fight you the same thats why this game is talked to as the most realistic fishing game especially for being free
Hey brother nice informative video!! Always appreciated for your help! I was wondering, I grinded from level 20 to level 30 in Emerald Lake on the Walleye’s and Northern Pikes and managed to gather $300k now I’m able to get onto Saint Croix Lane and was Wondering for the best set up for my level so I wont need to struggle with fish! Many thanks!
hi i have questions abt the rod u use, are you catch unique pike with ardix? because now i have better ardix above that and it's hard to catch 20lb trophy pike, The fish always pulls very far, and it is very difficult to change the distance even a little, but instead pulls it further, this so stressful its not getting closer, Even catching the trophy is difficult how abt the unique one, is it still possible or the way I pull my fishing rod is wrong? since there is no max drag i think
Yes- some of the heavy uniques will put up a huge fight. I know in livestreams on some of those lighter rods, we’ve lost a few, but not many. Just following them along the bank and reeling in any slack you can muster, eventually works for most. But it ends up being worth it for that big XP and $
I have tons of luck throwing a crank bait right in the middle of the lake next to the big boat and bouie I've left with around 20k a couple times one day and one night catching trophy after trophy

What retrieves method are you using? mine somehow always on the floor with speed 2
Thank you for these videos. You are genuinely a very nice person who has made this game such a pleasure to play.
Thank you! :) I'm glad!

Does 15 pound bait caster or 20+ pound spinning work?
@@sarquemtashzid8027spinning should work as long as it can keep up with the weight of the pike there

@@ShiShawPocketSand yeah it does that sometimes
I've been running the 2meter crankbait and been having a fish 90% of my casts as well as a popper
little late but frog works good for me as a lure for pike, can get by the lily pads and most of the time you actually catch uniques through the lily pads
after a bit more fishing, Slimy Crank lure 12ft works absolute wonders as well
My preference is a 5/0 hook if you're fishing for money. i usually fill up my keepnet by noon on a good day but dont get too much xp. great video btw!

You must have read my mind I been wanting you to make another Michigan video!!😁
The first Muskie I caught was a 37 pound Trophy clear Muskie. Took like 5 minutes to reel in lol
lures i had luck with in saint croix are the 6/0 spinner and the 5/0 demon frog from the hallowween event it also works great for bass at everglades
A good lure for muskie or pike is a red medium spoon like the one for the salmon
thank you so much for making all of these videos, ive followed every step and they have all worked so well thank you so much

Don’t underestimate your jigs, the soft plastic jigs can catch you pretty much every fish. Just need to learn your technique.🎉
I think they can actually catch every single fish in the game, maybe not carp but Idrk I don’t fish them
Just got my max drag all set up finally on the felix cant wait to start my next week at st croix
Hi Bo, thx for great video. Helps me alot.keep it up.
What works really well for me is a 8g #6/0 jig head with a 15cm shad in “white/red tail” or “orange/red tail”
I hooked a 9lb Pike earlier tonight and it ran me out 500ft... Meanwhile catching trophy's that don't even get close to 200ft... The logic sometimes is just mind blowing lol

The Muskie are goated out here just neeed a boat
10:20 crank baits also work really well
I always had lots of luck on a redhead, white tail,
jerkbait
Me scrolling through yt and seeing a pole vote then scrolling down one to see the next f2p
You caught a Legendary fish yet in theAngler? I just got my Goldstein so im quite happy, also. Great video as always.
I think I have played a combined 4 hours of games in the past 2 weeks 😅
I use a #3/0 1/2oz Walker and I’ve caught uni’s and trophy’s with it
I would recommend a atleast 4/0 spinnerbait with white and red head shad
the last ep of this series i was ur level now im 62, nice uploading man
Sounds like you’ve grown out of the “Beginner” series! Well done!
Thanks This video help me so much

It seems like the devs actively work against the players getting further ahead in this game.
This spot is lame with the toolies in the way

1st fish was a 40lbs uni and I couldn’t keep it 😭

lets go!!!!
very helpful video
Wrastle? We’re friends for life👍
crankbaits and spinnerbaits also works well
Popper 5/0 or 6/0 pike or Muskie will eat it I caught a unique on it and it was black and sliver
Does the large minnow give you a better chance at trophy pike or is it the same chance as shiners?
Mmm I haven’t noticed a major difference, I’ve caught a lot of big fish on just shiners
i need a lot of tips on cathcing muskie and sturgeon
watched this whole video and still haven’t gotten a bite at st croix these like must hate me
Ik im late to this but I have the exact same setup on the fenix as bo but I still can’t get max drag. Can I get some help or advice?
Use the 1\2 frog color green
The frog works too with the pike
How many days do you recommend staying if you have a keepnet of 110.2 lbs max
I would stay for level 36 or 37 or just leave to get a better keppnet when u get 100k money
How deep are ypu fishing by the way?
The best is the float rods tho
Yellow cast spoon with red diamonds I slam bass and pike with it
i love the muskie jus got a 22lb one 1011xp 2209$
Shiners vs small minnows are there any difference
Shiners are less expensive
I thought the series was finished 😂😂
I make 20k in just the day with one float road with 177 lb keep net
can you play the angler new map please
Coming out Friday 😉
@@BoAngles I might not be able to watch the video Friday because I’m going to a Christmas party but I’ll try
How do u download games
